This year enjoy the convenience and luxury of staying in a privately owned fully equipped vacation rental with a sprawling backyard Minutes from airport.
The house accommodates 7. Absolutely no Parties allowed. This house is only for those guest that are booked . Large backyard with beautiful lake view, private pool. The house is located on a cul-de-sac with a view to lake. This is a safe and quiet neighborhood. This home is protected by surveillance camera at the entrance of the home.

We enjoyed our time pre cruise at the house. Beautiful setting on the water. Kids loved the pool and all the toys and floats. Would recommend! Beatriz has thought of everything from blankets to laundry soap to beach towels.

Pre-Cruise Stay

Perfect place to rest a few days and soak up the warmth of Florida with a private pool before heading out on our cruise. Big screen tv perfect for family movie night as well as pool table and other games for family fun!We would definitely book again!

What a Gem!

Quick getaway to the area, my son was attending a camp nearby. You can tell the property has been meticulously maintained and furnished/amenities with great thought. You wouldn’t need to venture to beach with the pool and lake views. We will definitely be back and recommend this property in the future to others.

Great stay

The place was spotless and the location was great. My son interviewed at Nova Southeastern University which was only 3 miles away. Waking up to the lake every morning was an added bonus. Beatriz was very nice and even met us when we checked in even though we arrived very late. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Super Bowl golf trip

This property was great for our group. It was close and convenient for our stay. Bea, was very communicative and available to us throughout our stay. More than pictures show

The house isn't a typical rental property - it makes one feels at home. It has everything you need and more. Convenient location, quiet neighbourhood, all amenities and extremely well stocked. Highly recommended.

Great house, everyone enjoyed pool, roomy, really awesome to have beach gear available. Overall was like stepping into a functional house, not a normal rental. We flew in so only had minimal personal items, house had everything else available, definitely recommend, would rent again. Thanks Beatriz!!!

Can’t wait to go back

Our host was amazing, this house has everything you need for your beach vacation or just a normal vacation stay. A week is not long enough to enjoy the area and also all that the house alone has to offer. We looked at many properties when booking our vacation house and im so pleased that we chose this house. The neighborhood is nice and we felt safe with our kids there. We went to 4 beaches when we stayed and all were in fairly close driving proximity to the house. I hope to visit again soon! Thank you for some great memories!
