Great Place in a great location with a host that’s quick to respond and easy to work with. We came in for a soccer tournament and had 3 Adults and 5Teen Boys with us. Spacious bedrooms and Bathrooms for everyone and the open kitchen concept with a well stocked kitchen made it easy to get off to a good start. Pool is on the smaller side but perfect for just hanging out or playing a round of Basketball. Neighborhood is easy to navigate and safe. Definitely will come back and stay at this property again.

Great place for a group

The house was great for a friends 40th birthday party. The right amount of space for 10 people, enough to do at the house, and not a far walk from bars/restaurants. Recommend!

Perfect home

Very comfortable home for couple or large family. Beds are very comfortable, heated floors in the master bath was a nice treat and the pool was fantastic. The hosts were very helpful and we can not thank them enough for helping us with a few questions we had.

Outstanding Family vacation home!

My family and I stayed a week and were not ready to leave. Great location- short distance to airport, restaurants, and other entertainment. Very clean and family friendly home. The kids loved the pool in the back yard. Nikki, the owner was great on communication and made the check in process extremely easy. Would highly recommend this home your next trip to the Gilbert / Phoenix area!

Wonderful Property

We came for Spring training and a baseball tournament. The house is very clean and had ample space, bathrooms, and beds for 3 adults and 3 teenage boys. Plenty of entertainment to keep the boys busy also. The host was quick to respond with any questions and wonderful to work with. I cannot recommend this house enough! Would hands down stay here again.

Some of everything

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check was super easy. The home was clean, updated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and more. Nikki is a great communicator, always quick to respond. This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood with every service you could need nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood except for the daily train - goes through loudly at 7am and around 11pm. Beds are firm, not my favorite but some people love it. Plenty of room and pet friendly. Recommend.

This house is Amazing! Everyone in our family loved it. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house is super clean and well maintained. Loaded with everything you could possibly need for a family vacation. Nikki was very responsive to my questions via message or text. 10 out of 10!

Father/Son Spring Training Trip

I can’t say enough nice things about the property. It was clean, ample amount of towels/blankets, and every bathroom had plenty of shampoo/conditioner/soaps. We had 7 guys staying here and we never once felt cramped or out of space. Nikki was awesome with communication anytime I had questions. The location is amazing - plenty of food and bar options within a couple miles. Would absolutely recommend this place to as many people as I can. Thank you so muck Nikki!

Fantastic Home Close to Many Places

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the Sextonhouse AZ. The decor was lovely and very home away from home feeling. When we arrived, there was a diffuser running in the kitchen and master bedroom, which was a nice touch. The house had many fun tech features, including Bluetooth speakers in many areas of the house and in the backyard by the pool. We all spent a lot of time in the pool to help beat the heat. Nikki, the host was super responsive and helpful during the reservation process and throughout our stay. If anyone is looking for a great place in Gilbert, close to Queen Creek and San Tan Villages, this house is a fantastic option!

Enjoyable family vacation

This stylish home is clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. There are two bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor, two bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor in addition to the main bedroom and spa like main bathroom for a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms - one with a bathtub. We enjoyed the pool which has a shallow sun shelf area in addition to the deeper section. The outside seating area with a couch, firepit and several chairs under a cabana with the ceiling fan was a very comfortable place to enjoy the backyard while being shaded from the sun. The ceiling fans in each bedroom and throughout the house gave it a tropical feel. There are many large tv's throughout the home including the backyard and garage. Bluetooth music is available in the main bath, garage and back patio. Some members of our group took advantage of the ping pong tables and corn hole game. The kitchen, dining room and living room areas are an open concept. It made a nice gathering place for our extended family. We were able to seat 8 people in the living room comfortably. The dining room table also seats 8. My Husband and I were fortunate enough to have the main bedroom/spa bathroom. The bed was so comfortable that we are considering purchasing the same mattress for our home. The home is in a nice neighborhood and is within a short walking distance of a park which has a walking path and a play area for kids. There are many restaurants, stores and a grocery store nearby. The homeowners live in the area and were very prompt and accommodating both before we booked the home and before and during our stay. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely select this home again if we were visiting the area.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The house itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and incredibly quiet—offering the peaceful atmosphere we were looking for. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space; the pool is excellent and the entire backyard is well-designed and peaceful. It’s the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. Nikki was great to work with—very communicative and welcoming. We loved every minute of our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Welcome to Gilbert, AZ. We are so glad you are here visiting. We live locally, and are happy to be of any service while you are here. We love the area so much and wanted to be able to share it with others so we decided that running a short term rental was the best way to do it! We personally love to travel and see the world. Our favorite place is a little island off the Yucatán peninsula in Mexico called Isla Holbox. That gorgeous location was the inspiration behind The Sexton House.

If you're looking for a delicious meal, some of the top restaurants in the area include Joyride Taco House, Crust, Firebirds, HighTide, Osaka, Pescado Borracho, Isabel's Amor, Blue Wasabi(Best Martini's in town) and Postino WineCafe, Matts Big Breakfast, Joe's Farm Grill, Peixoto Coffee(A must try) located in Epicenter just a couple miles from the house. Plus, the Verde at Cooley Station is a new walkable development that offers a variety of shops, dining options, and entertainment. One of our favorite located in Verde is The Brass Tap! Food is phenomenal and they have a huge selection of drinks. Best part, you can walk from the house.
