This property has two bedrooms and one bathroom with a stunning patio. Includes a propane barbecue and hot tub so guests may enjoy the great Miami outdoors (shared space with unit B). Additional complimentary amenities include WiFi, cable, linens, towels, cook-wear, appliances, charming decor and free parking. We ensure that the house is absolutely immaculate before renting it to our guests!
This duplex is located extremely close to Miami Beach without being far from the bustling life of Downtown Miami! This location is centrally located, granting easy access to all desirable destinations! If you do not wish to go far, the gorgeous outdoor patio and bbq offer the perfect area to entertain and relax! Indoors, various amenities are included such as a state of the art washer and dryer. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and ensure that all of our properties are spotless prior to your arrival!
The property has a keyless combination lock of which the access code is provided once you have finalized your reservation.
Guests can contact me if they have any questions about the property, the area, or Miami in general! I have lived in this city for the past 15 years and consider myself an expert on all things Miami!
In the heart of Miami's Art District...home to over 70 Art Galleries, retail stores, antique shops, eclectic bars and one of the largest open-air street-art installations in the world. With the introduction of the Second Saturday Art Walk in the District and the arrival of the annual Art Basel expedition, this area has seen exponential growth in a relatively short period of time. Growing attention from locals marks this spot as the go-to place for an alternative and more cultural experience within the City of Miami.
The airport is 15 minutes away. My recommendation is rent a car or Uber/Lyft, free parking is included.
Be respectful to neighbors, no loud music (particularly after 10 pm), any damage to the property must be reported immediately, no illicit activities, no smoking indoors. If any rules are broken the security deposit will not be returned.

I am Maria and I live in Miami, I love this city, is has fun experiences to enjoy: Ocean life, nature (Palm trees) everywhere you go, Nightclub life, sports, Drums Circle, I love Roller blading, playing Volleyball and snorkeling in Miami Beach. Also you get to know people from all around the world when you are in Miami. My favorite neighborhood and one of the least known is Coral Gables, specially Miracle Mile, it has a calm vibe with plenty of restaurants and also boho stores for fashion or house decor. Por qué escogió este alojamiento
This Wynwood neighborhood is centrally located if you want to go to the airport, or Brickell, Downtown, Design District, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, etc. All of those are short distances with drive times of just 5 and 10 minutes. Wynwood has a full block with fashion design stores such as Gucci and Louis Vuitton where you can visit and have a full experience, take pictures and also visit the innovative decorations and architecture that surrounds these streets. You can also have delicious food around Wynwood marketplace with places such as Taco Stand and Bartaco, I personally love those. Browse more, you would be surprised. There are museums all around the streets of wynwood with Modern Art, and if you don’t want to visit museums you can feel free to just walk around Wynwood streets, that is more than enough to appreciate the Graffiti’s art all around this spectacular neighborhood.

The hot tub is a plus experience from this unit, the easiness with the self-checkin, and the quiet neighborhood. You will be close enough to get on an Uber or your rental car to all the fun spots and far enough to not have the noisy sounds when you are ready to go to bed.
