Whether you are looking for a quiet couple retreat, or a place to share some fun in the sun, then Angel Fish at Surfside Beach is it! Our 1-bedroom home is a short walk to the beach and is completely updated with all new appliances, fixtures and amenities to give you a beautiful and clean staycation. Surfside Beach is a quiet and safe community with its own private beach, an outstanding fishing pier, a splash park for the kids, and local eateries.

Cute, small, clean cottage for a family of 5. Close driving distance to the jetty and Surfside beach. Could use an update for the windows (not completely sealed with a few ripped screens). Could be why we saw red ants in the house. However, we had everything we needed for 2 nights.

The little beach house is surrounded by other nice beachhouses and on the first sight it looks a bit simple. But inside you find a cosy bedroom with brand-new TV and AC, a cosy sofa, a good kitchen equipment and everything you need for a nice and comfy stay. The connection with the host is excellent! We liked our getaway very much! Bars and shops and good restaurants are nearby! Don't forget to see the sunset and have a little drive at the beach!

New appliances, keurig. Inside all was good, however we were had to run a mosquito gauntlet to get inside. Our car got full of mosquitoes when we unloaded. Lawn needed mowing.

Rented this property with 3 adults and 3 kids. There is only 1 true bed and the other two are futons, but we made it work. It’s within walking distance to the beach and a great coffee truck called Culture Coffee, which I recommend trying. I enjoyed walking along the beach in the mornings to get coffee. The rental property is within walking distance to a splash pad and playground.

We had a great stay!! Check-in info was sent promptly and was easy to follow. Location is perfect — I’m partial to the Yucca beach access, so we went there, but there’s easy access to the beach and the jetties. Umbrella and towels were provided, and everything we needed was in the kitchen! Bed was comfy, air conditioning kept us cool, and the bathroom had a huge shower with provided shampoo/conditioner/bodywash. The hosts were lovely and responsive when we couldn’t figure something out, and we were sad to leave!

We loved taking our family on small getaways from the big-city life to enjoy nature and the cool ocean breeze. Our kids are grown up now, and so those opportunities are very scarce. That is why we decided to share our home and the opportunities to build those life-long memories with others. It is our home, not just a property, and so we take pride in updating and maintaining it to offer all our guests an amazing experience, with the privacy and comfort of home.

Angel Fish is completely updated with all the comforts of home including a full kitchen, washer & dryer, WiFi, smart TVs in living and bedroom, A/C or Heating, outdoor shower, BBQ grille, hammock and other beach toys. It sleeps up to 5 comfortably with a queen and pull-out leather sofa in the bedroom, and a another pull-out leather sofa in the living room. The upstairs deck is great for sun bathers, while the covered patio below is for those who just want to sleep on the hammock in the lazy ocean breeze. The large backyard offers the chance for kids and pets to run and play. The storage garage is where our guests can find a host of beach amenities and toys.
