Welcome to our Crystal River Waterfront Pool Home! This Beautiful newly remodeled home is the perfect Vacation Get-Away. This concrete block 3 bedroom 2 bath home sleeps 8, (additional fee after 6 guests). The open floor plan makes it nice to visit with family/friends easily. The kitchen has a huge breakfast bar with granite counters and seats at least 6 people, includes most appliances, dishes, glassware, silverware, and loads of storage. We have included many amenities to make your stay as comfortable & convenient as possible. Free Wifi is included, and large flat screen smart TV. If you have a boat, there is a boat ramp just down the street at "Crystal River Water Sports" (they also offer Manatee viewing tours) you can launch it there & keep it stored at the river house, on the floating dock, during your stay. Also there is room to park your boat trailer in driveway. Enjoy this home all year round offering the screened in Pool ( heated option November-April for an additional fee) Therapeutic Hot Tub w/LED lights, bluetooth to play your favorite music on the quality stereo system, Firepit and covered outside grill. Property is fully fenced & gated with locks. Property is surrounded by a few State Parks offering hiking trails. Downtown Crystal River is just a few miles away offering unique shopping. Kings Bay offers waterfront restaurants, so after a day on the water, travel to a restaurant, enjoy your favorite meal & cocktail while watching the sunset! Adventure Awaits ~ Crystal River is the Manatee Capital of the world, so don't miss an opportunity to swim/snorkel with these gentle giants. Excellent fishing for Trout, Redfish, Grouper, Tarpon & Snook! Motor down the Indian River through State Parks & enjoy views of Old Florida. Just a short boat ride to Crystal River leading to the Gulf for your fishing or boating pleasure! This home has video/audio security cameras in the front of the home and the dock area.14 night maximum stay. Kayaks included & Bikes too!

Note: We do not heat the pool during the summer time from may- September.
There is an additional fee of $35 per night to heat the pool

This is the 2nd year in the house for family scalloping. We love it. Very clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. Dock is easy to pull in/out, bike & kayaks good quality. Pool & hot tub clean and the go site after a day on the water. Our family had 3 houses on the street & we already requested next year’s stay.

The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. The beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub a lot. Fran was a great host and answered all of our questions. We had a great time during our stay at Crystal River.

The house was exactly as stated. It was clean, in a nice neighborhood, and it had lots of things near it to do. Fran and Dennis were wonderful hosts and always ready to answer any questions. Our grandsons loved the pool and hot tub very much. We will definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful house! The location was ideal, close to everything but also very quiet. The pool and hot tub were amazing and we loved hanging out on the covered porch. The house itself was great, stocked well and well laid out.

My family and I were very pleased with this property. The house was super clean and stocked; it has anything you may need. The beds were comfy and there’s plenty of room to spread out. The pool area was beautiful. There were super nice floats and plenty of toys for kids. The pool felt amazing to jump into after a day on the water. The hot tub was an awesome treat. We brought our 20 foot pontoon boat and docked it on the large dock and it was just fine there for the four nights we stayed; we felt very safe. Our daughter and grandkids really enjoyed the kayaks that are there. If we had stayed a little longer we would have gone for a bike ride on the bikes that are provided. We had no issues at all. Checking in and out were a breeze. We give this place a 10 out of 10 for sure and look forward to staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made it so comfortable and stess free. The location was close enough to everything we wanted yet still quiet and relaxing when we wanted to unwind. Highly recommend this place and cannot wait to stay again!

Fran and Dennis have a beautiful property. Convenient to everything. All the amenities you need. Fully stocked house. Not far from the scallop grounds and easy to navigate by water. Nice floating dock big enough for a 25 or so foot boat with about a four foot draft at low tide. Nice fish cleaning station. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Great for after coming back in from fishing and scalloping. There was a toddler table and chairs we found in the garage which worked perfectly for our 3 year old. There are lots of kayaks, bikes and fishing poles for a family to use. The house was really nice, clean and had everything you need on vacation. Loved the board games and the towels by the doors was a great idea. Thank you Fran and Dennis, we thoroughly enjoyed your home and will definitely stay there again. 5.

We came to fish. The canal is very calm and. Docking your boat is a dream. The house has water to the dock and a fixed cleaning station. The pool and hot tub were a real extra bonus and used every day. The house is very clean. Communicate was very good. There is nothing you can want for in the house. They provide absolutely everything. We had a wonderful time.

Could not have asked for a better home or location! The house is beautiful inside and out. Everything you could possibly need - and so many fun extras with pool floats and games for kids. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels. Kitchen was very well stocked. Easy to get to all of the local parks and restaurants. Wish we stayed longer to take full advantage of the kayaks and bikes - will just need to book a longer trip next time!

Great stay!

Everything was perfect, just as the photos and description describes. The home was updated nicely and was very comfortable for our family. The dock worked out great for our 25’ boat and the pool couldn’t have been better. Overall a great experience!
