Welcome to our Crystal River Waterfront Pool Home! This Beautiful newly remodeled home is the perfect Vacation Get-Away. This concrete block 3 bedroom 2 bath home sleeps 8, (additional fee after 6 guests). The open floor plan makes it nice to visit with family/friends easily. The kitchen has a huge breakfast bar with granite counters and seats at least 6 people, includes most appliances, dishes, glassware, silverware, and loads of storage. We have included many amenities to make your stay as comfortable & convenient as possible. Free Wifi is included, and large flat screen smart TV. If you have a boat, there is a boat ramp just down the street at "Crystal River Water Sports" (they also offer Manatee viewing tours) you can launch it there & keep it stored at the river house, on the floating dock, during your stay. Also there is room to park your boat trailer in driveway. Enjoy this home all year round offering the screened in Pool ( heated option November-April for an additional fee) Therapeutic Hot Tub w/LED lights, bluetooth to play your favorite music on the quality stereo system, Firepit and covered outside grill. Property is fully fenced & gated with locks. Property is surrounded by a few State Parks offering hiking trails. Downtown Crystal River is just a few miles away offering unique shopping. Kings Bay offers waterfront restaurants, so after a day on the water, travel to a restaurant, enjoy your favorite meal & cocktail while watching the sunset! Adventure Awaits ~ Crystal River is the Manatee Capital of the world, so don't miss an opportunity to swim/snorkel with these gentle giants. Excellent fishing for Trout, Redfish, Grouper, Tarpon & Snook! Motor down the Indian River through State Parks & enjoy views of Old Florida. Just a short boat ride to Crystal River leading to the Gulf for your fishing or boating pleasure! This home has video/audio security cameras in the front of the home and the dock area.14 night maximum stay. Kayaks included & Bikes too!

Note: We do not heat the pool during the summer time from may- September.
There is an additional fee of $35 per night to heat the pool

We had a wonderful stay! The home was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made it so comfortable and stess free. The location was close enough to everything we wanted yet still quiet and relaxing when we wanted to unwind. Highly recommend this place and cannot wait to stay again!

What a welcoming, inviting, clean, and close to everything place to stay! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We had a great time scalloping and visiting the springs in the area. The amenities offered were great… pool, hot tub, kayaks, and boat dock. Not far from the scalloping area… great fun for all! Highly recommend and would rent again without hesitation!

Perfect

House is fully stocked and very clean. Pool was amazing after days out on the boat. Hot tub was an added pleasure. Brought my bought, all deep water canals and plenty of room under the bridge to get out to the river. Floating dock held my 25’ center console just fine. TIP- if you have a TTop and want to get into 3 sisters springs, watch the tides….I could only get under that bridge about half way to low, only got stuck on the wrong side one day and waited about an hour to get under. Trailer parked just fine in the driveway. Owners very nice and answered any questions immediately. Was available throughout the stay via text to help with anything needed. Kitchen fully stocked, don’t bring anything to cook. So many extras are laid out around the house as well. First aid, sun tan lotion,sheets, pillows, etc…I will definitely be back to this house for another season!

7 of us stayed at this beautiful home and it was extremely spacious . We had everything we needed to have a wonderful time . We enjoyed the home so much we didn’t do as much as we had planned because the home with the pool ,Hot tub and Kayaks was a vacation in itself Highly recommend this for your Crystal River Stay . Perfectly located near everything .

Great stay!

Everything was perfect, just as the photos and description describes. The home was updated nicely and was very comfortable for our family. The dock worked out great for our 25’ boat and the pool couldn’t have been better. Overall a great experience!

Review of Crystal River House

We had an amazing time at the house. The pool and hot tub were used every day we were there. The location was close to everything and we didn’t drive more than half an hour to get to Homosassa, the Chaz river, or Rainbow springs. The beds were comfortable and everything was so clean and nice. Thank you for letting us use your house!

Absolutely beautiful facilities, great location close to many trails and activities, very, very clean and well supplied. We hiked, biked, swam with manatees, enjoyed the hot tub and pool. We could not ask for more.

Fabulous time in Crystal River

We can not give our stay a higher rating or better review. We’ve stayed at more than several VRBOs but none of them met our expectations or were more prepared than this property. Because one never knows what to expect, we always travel with a few of our own necessities, but they weren’t needed. Everything, from top to bottom was what we needed for a fabulous time. Everything was very well organized, neat and clean. The pool and jacuzzi were great as were the kayaks and bikes. Fran and Dennis made themselves available when we had any questions or needs. We would highly recommend this property and plan on coming again next year.

Wonderful family vacation!

We chose this house because of the great reviews and it did not disappoint! The owners were great! Very responsive and conscious of guest needs! The home itself was absolutely stunning! The kitchen is beautiful! It is also fully stocked with everything you need! The bedrooms were very nice, with super cute decor and comfy beds. Bathrooms were roomy and stocked with plenty of towels, along with shampoo and conditioner. The pool and hot tub were amazing! I highly recommend accepting the option to have the pool heated in the colder months. We were able to comfortably swim in the chillier weather. The hot tub is really cool! it has lights, several jet settings, and many other features! The owner provided lots of beach towels for pool use, which was really nice! We spent every evening fishing off of the dock! We caught several fish. Very nice kayaks and bikes are provided for guest use. They really thought of everything! We will absolutely be back!

house was amazing. Great dock for boat and canal was deep enough for my 27 foot boat. pool was big and very clean. Fran made sure we were fine due to hurricane Debby headed our way.

The home was wonderful. There were no TV s in the bedrooms (I wasn't crazy about this), but, it actually was nice. The house is well stocked as well. The owners were always available as well.

Excellent property

This is a very nice house that is well cared for and Fran is very easy to deal with and responsive. The pool is great as well as the hot tub. Fixtures, fittings and amenities are great. We loved the nearby seafood restuarants and recommend the shrimp/redfish. Shrimp Landing, Tipsy Tarpon and the Shed in Homosassa were all good. An early morning drive to Rainbow Springs rewarded us with a glorious kayak down the river. Highly recommended. All in all, a nice, relaxing home that serves as a base to explore all the area has to offer. Be sure to get a coffee at Cattle Dog on Citrus Ave. Tim S

We came to fish the last week of snook season and wanted someplace that felt like home. And this did not disappoint! The location was perfect. Thank you for having plenty of supplies and for being such a great host! We can’t wait to come back during grouper season!

Moving to Florida

I have never wanted to move to Florida until I stayed here! We had a great girl's weekend here. The house was beautiful, calming and clean. The beds were comfortable. The house, hot tub, and pool were all clean. The neighborhood and canal were quite. We kayaked to Shrimp's Landing to eat (twice!) Make sure you eat at Seafood Seller and get a chubby mermaid at Guyer's Ice Cream. Work off some calories by kayaking to Three Sister's Spring (we rented at Pete's Pier.) We swam with the manatees through Fun 2 Dive. It was amazing!!! We will definetly be back!

A diamond in Crystal River

Amazing. Incredibly well-equipped. Loved the bikes, kayaks, hot tub and pool. Great location for snorkeling with manatees, sea-fishing. Even Orlando was reachable. Great communication with the hosts. Pretty much perfect.

Amazing Stay

This was a roomy, very clean house. New appliances. More in the kitchen than usual. Very comfortable bed. Amazing hot tub. The hosts were very approachable. Answered questions in minutes.
