We welcome you to our private, owner occupied, gated estate with its Hawaiian gardens of Queen Palms, banana trees, papayas, flowers, and wild guava forest. Located on the mountain slope just a five minute drive above Kailua-Kona village, peace, privacy, and relaxing temperatures in the 70's and 80's are yours to enjoy after a day of touring, etc.
A private garden of tropical ferns, orchids, and birds greet you at the 1Bdedroom unit's entry and dining patio. Beautifuly decorated inside and out in the Hawaiian Tropical decor, the accommodations are designed for your vacation enjoyment. In this 1 Bd unit there is a full size kitchen with all the cooking and serving items needed, including rice cooker, blender, large coffee maker, microwave, etc. The full bath includes a nice size tub/shower unit to relax in. The extra large bedroom has a beautiful comfortable queen bed with matching full dresser and night tables and chairs. Enjoy the welcoming 'Aloha Basket' containing local fruit, Kona Coffee, tea, our homemade jam or jelly and other local products.
Also available is our Lovely Ohana Studio Unit(#1199876) on the opposite side of the building. This is a very large open concept unit with a large kitchenette area that blends with the living room and bedroom area. A nice bathroom that includes a full size tub/shower unit, is behind the Kitchenette unit wall. As with the 1Bd unit, it comes with all the linens, cooking and serving utensils that you will need. Outside entrance to the unit is from it's own private covered lanai that faces west to the sunset.
In the common area is the gas bar-b-q for our guest to use at their leisure. We encourage guest to wander through our organic agricultural estate of hundreds of banana trees, fruit trees, pineapples, vegetable garden and flowers. This private estate is yours to explore, relax in and enjoy.
Beach Goers: Free use of our Beach Towels, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs, Beach Mats and Ice Chest.
Scuba Divers - hit the shore dives along our incredible coastline just minutes away. We can assist you in contacts with the local dive resources in our community.
