The pool is stunning and is surrounded by chaise lounges, two daybeds and occasional seating for sunbathing. There`s a living pavilion with alfresco dining for up to 8 guests and a lounge area. There`s also a BBQ grill, griddle, more alfresco dining for up to 4, and a separate fire pit lounge area. The yard extends to the back of the house where you`ll find an above ground hot tub and a putting green to practice your short game. The majestic mountain views and towering palm trees add to the ambience of this spectacular property.

Each of the bedrooms is beautifully styled and features a hotel-quality mattress, ample storage and televisions. The Primary bedroom has a King bed, a fireplace, an ensuite bath and direct access to the yard. The first guest bedroom has a King bed, an ensuite bath and sliding doors to a patio. The second guest bedroom has two Twin beds, sliding door to a patio, and easy access to a bathroom in the hallway. The third guest room has a King bed, an ensuite bath and a sliding door to a patio with access to the yard.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.
