The home was completely remodeled inside and out, and the rooms are stylishly decorated in Palm Springs fashion, with lots of color & high-end furnishings & décor. The floorplan has a free-flowing & inviting indoor-outdoor feel, perfect for lounging and dining, & hanging with friends & family. Smart TVs are in every bedroom, and a 75” “framed” Smart TV with a Sonos soundbar lives in the Great room. Or if that's not enough TVs, there is also a TV outside by the bar, which can also be viewed from the pool. Play a game of pool while watching TV or making a meal. POOL
There is an additional fee of $75/night for pool heating + city taxes, and requires a 48-hour notice to get the pool to 87 degrees. There is no extra fee to heat the spa.

PETS
This home accommodates 1 pet for $150 total / stay + city taxes. Please include your pet when inputting guests and pets on your inquiry. Check with owner for option of bringing an additional pet.

CHILDREN
Children are welcome and we provide a high chair, a Pack n Play, dishes and an amazing sun shelf in the pool.
