Just minutes from Petoskey’s historic gaslight district, Harbor Springs, Nub's Nob ski resort, Petoskey State Park and Odawa Casino. Relax in the living room while you watch your favorite shows on Netflix, Hulu or Prime TV. The basement has a 10-in1 combo Game Table and 2nd TV for your entertainment. Exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Great amenities for the dog, fully stocked kitchen and nicely updated inside. Excellent communication with host. We would stay here again.

Summer Visit

We had a wonderful visit to Petosky and stay at here. The house is in a great location and very clean. It was a perfect place for our family vacation, I would recommend staying here.

We were pleasantly surprised how clean and updated this home is. We have never stayed in a property where ALL the light bulbs actually worked! The sofa and chairs in the living room are not hand-me-downs but actually nice electric recliners in great shape. There were plenty of towels available for our use in the linen closet. The kitchen was well stocked. It was like we were staying in the owner’s home vs a rental unit. Out host, Sandy, was always prompt responding to my questions and was very accommodating. If we come back to the Petoskey area in the future, we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property for our needs

We had a weekend at Nub's Nob for a ski racing team. The location to the hill, and to downtown Petoskey was fantastic! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Super Clean

This is probably the cleanest property we have ever rented. It is extremely tidy and well thought out. It is a very comfortable house and we couldnt have been more satisfied with the rental.

Very nice!

A nice little house, well-equipped, and very clean. It was the perfect size for me and my 2 sons; each with our own room. It's right on the main road to Petoskey, which made for a quick drive to town in just minutes. The owner was very accommodating 2 weeks before our stay when we had to shorten our stay by 1 night. I was refunded for that night immediately. It was a nìce few days away. We had a very nice stay at this property.

Excellent Getaway accommodations

The property was the perfect fit for our group. The kitchen was stocked with all the needed cooking utensils so we could prepare our own meals. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. The bedrooms were comfortable and had plenty of space to unpack. We will definitely book again the next time we're up in the area.

Home Away from Home

The home was very clean and well decorated and provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Our only concern was the basement stairs. The railing didn’t go all the way to the top step, which might be a safety issue. And the home is on a busy highway. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home.

Beautiful cottage in a convenient location!

The cottage was tastefully renovated and wonderfully clean. It had all the amenities we needed for a (rainy) ski trip! We look forward to future visit;)

Petoskey Stay

We loved this place, great for two couples or family. Very clean, well equipped for cooking and super comfortable furniture. On busy road but for us it didn’t matter. We got out just fine. Just a short ride to downtown and and the State Park is a few miles away. Sandy communicated with questions I had quickly. Definitely keeping this home in my favorites for this area.

Great house!

We loved staying on this property. Owners were very accommodating and the house was very clean. Nice open kitchen and living area to hang out in the morning before we did site seeing around the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location for Skiing

We stayed here for our annual birthday ski trip to Nubs Nob. Sandy was excellent in communicating with me. The house was the cleanest rental we have stayed in. The house is super cute and it looks like it was recently remodeled. We will definitely be staying here again!
