This 2 bedroom, 2 bath 4th floor condo has tranquil Salt Pond views, an updated kitchen, spacious room size and generous closet space. There's a community pool and hot tub, sauna, tennis/pickleball court, barbecue grill area, electric car charging station and clubhouse. Gated entry community, Wi-Fi provided. Washer and Dryer in the unit. Only a short bike ride to Duval Street. Covered parking, storage unit, elevator. Cleaning fee is for every 2 weeks. Everything you need for a home away from home.

Our stay was great , Suzanne is a wonderful host, giving us some tips where to go and eat. Loved the pool and the beach is right across the street so convenient, amenities were all great !Also out of the craziness of downtown yet with in walking or biking distance.

City of the Arts, our winter season offers many diverse musical, artistic and sports centered events along with great dining, water sports and fishing. Just about something for everyone. And the weather! One of the big reasons we're here.

La Brisa Condominium is centrally located and close to beautiful beaches, shopping centers and downtown. Everything is within a 5-10 minute drive, and you can bike anywhere on the bicycles we'll provide you. Spacious, quiet, great closet space, lovely neighbors and a great Key West community.
