804 N. Topsail Dr...No peeking here! Come and enjoy our coastal farmhouse vibe 3 bedroom, 3 bath, beachfront townhome with wide open views of the ocean.
First level you'll find an ocean view queen bedroom with private covered balcony with seating, a posterior side queen bedroom with en suite, as well as a bonus room with twin bunkbeds and full bath in the hallway. All rooms are spacious and both bedrooms have closets with a small chest of drawers.
Top level includes a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities of home, bar seating and a table/ 4 chairs to accommodate seating for 8, plus 4 TV table/trays. The living area provides comfortable seating and big views, open the sliding door to access the top deck which includes cozy seating, you'll want to cuddle up with a good book or enjoy a morning coffee; the ocean sounds will take you to a place of tranquility. There's also a king bedroom and full bath located on this level.
All bedrooms and living room have smart TVs with Roku.
Ground level provides a 2 car carport area with washer/dryer, enclosed outdoor shower and private beach access, you're just steps away from toes in the sand. Local restaurants and pier are within walking distance. The property is located on a dead end street, no traffic noise, quiet area and friendly neighbors!! Come and enjoy some Island Time!!!

The home was inviting. We enjoyed our stay. It would have been nice to know of construction going on next door. That was a bit of an inconvenience because of the noise so early in the mornings...vacations we tend to like to sleep in a little later than normal.. We loved the sleepy town feeling of the island. We would choose to stay here in the future once the construction is finished.

Great Place! Great vacation!

My family and I had a great vacation here! Very clean place complete with everything you need- including sand buckets, chairs, and boogie boards. Pet friendly, so even our family dog had a great time. The layout is ideal for young adults to have their own space on one level. We had a very relaxing vacation. Will definitely stay here again.

The house is very clean, beautifully decorated and equipped with more than everything you would need. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location also is great- right on the beach and very close to the center of Surf City, You can also pretty quickly get to both ends of the island.

We’ve stayed on Topsail before, but we really loved this spot! The house was perfect for our family. We hadn’t planned to max it out, but that’s how it worked out and we are so happy it could sleep 8!! We were comfortable and the beach was perfect. The owners were responsive and checked in with us. Topsail stay

Lori and Dave were absolutely wonderful to work with and we loved their space and will definitely be back. The place was modern and comfy cozy. You could fully enjoy the beach just by sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean or walking a few steps to the beach itself.

The view was amazing, beds comfortable, and the home was well kept. Great ocean front townhome

This was a very clean, bright, well decorated townhome with amazing views. The location is convenient to Surf City but beach was not crowded. Kitchen and living room were not huge but had enough space for our family of 5. Thanks to the cute bunk room, all my kids had their own sleeping areas. We would definitely stay again.

Such a great spot!

We had a great stay at the Salty Peanut. It was a great location with plenty of bedrooms to fit the family. My only complaint wasn’t really their fault and probably turned out in our favor - new houses were being constructed next door. They started working around 7:30, but that meant we got up early to enjoy the blank spot left on the beach in front of the construction. :) Overall a wonderful week!

Amazing long term stay

We stayed here a month and have zero complaints! The property is in a great location, so easy to walk the beach to all Surf City has to offer. Also just a quick drive over the bridge to breweries, restaurant, boutiques, and more. We watched the surf city fireworks from our deck and visited the beach daily since it was just out our doorstep. Our family of three had plenty of room and this place is so kid-friendly with the floor level bunk room. Wonderful. Already talking about when we can come back.

Salty peanut

We found the house to be very clean, well organized, and very comfortable. I really enjoyed spending time on the upper deck with the ocean. We also found the house to be well supplied with extra beach chairs, umbrella, and other beach accessories. My only suggestion would be to update the furniture on the second deck, which I’m sure is on your list. Would definitely stay here again!!

Dave and I both grew up in NC, Raleigh and Fort Bragg areas and we currently reside between the two. We both work full time, law enforcement and healthcare, not so easy these days but love what we do! Our 5 kids are now grown and starting their own families ; the first are a set of twins and the US pic looked like peanuts, hence the name "The Salty Peanut". We love those grandbabies and are expecting our 5th in 2023

Why they chose this property

Going to the beach has always been a part of our family, we both have visited Topsail/Surf City growing up and have passed along the love of the beach to our kids. We love the area, it's family oriented, the beaches are beautiful, the people are super friendly and it's not overly crowed. We chose the town home based on location, obviously for the beach front but also because the home is on a dead end street so there's no traffic or noise, which makes it a little safer for the kids to play outside and lastly, cannot forget the budget.

What makes this property unique

What sold us on the home other than price and location...the VIEW, the living area has a 3 panel sliding glass door and super large windows on either side. Open up the blinds and ahhh, just can't beat it! It's beautiful and you just get a sense of peace!
