The perfect river vacation spot for your family. So much to do & something for everyone. Bring your fishing poles, tackle and bait and catch fish. Float the river. Bring your boat or jet skis and enjoy the Little Pee Dee. Sit on the dock and enjoy a lazy afternoon. Floating dock for tying up you boat or jet skis. Cold evenings, gather around the fire pit for family fun. As with any waterfront property, you may occasionally notice a few bugs, but rest assured the house is professionally treated on a regular basis for your comfort.

We were there for my granddaughter wedding at Magnolia Manor in Seller’s SC so we spent most of our time at the venue and didn’t have much time to spend at the house! Wish we would have had time to sit on the porch and enjoy the river and the beautiful weather! Maybe next time!!
