The property includes 40 acres and for all you hunters out there, just minutes down the road is 5000± acres of huntable land. If fishing is more your style, you're just a 5 minute drive from Rock Creek. Flint Creek, Marshall Creek, & Georgetown Lake are just a few of the other fishing options in the area.

This 806 sq ft cabin was recently updated to include a brand new kitchen with all new appliances. The cabin features 1 bedroom with a queen bed and sleeping area in the loft with a king bed and futon. While best suited for 4 people, it could sleep 6. There's a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Other updates include a new wraparound deck to relax as you enjoy the peace and privacy during your stay. Everyone is sure to find something they enjoy in the area.

Things to note:
-There's no cell phone service in the area but there is Wifi at the cabin for making calls, streaming, and internet access.
-Guests have access to the cabin. The garage or outbuildings will not be accessible.
