You can have it all. Our family retreat house has been designed to fulfill all the needs of a big family or multiple families together. There is space for y’all. Have fun in the sun at our spacious pool, lay down on our lounge seats or entertain while eating a bbq at the big table. Have a poker match, or gaming session with your peers at our game room indoors. You can have an amazing dinner night at our long table. Enjoy a movie night at our movie room, YOU WILL LOVE IT HERE!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave all yard games, board games, play area accessories and furniture (if moved from its original place) in their corresponding places, backyard umbrella closed and bbq covered.
Please leave all bedding sheets ONLY- NO COMFORTERS, NO MATTRESS PROTECTORS, NO PILLOWS- in the laundry room.
Towels should be left inside the bathroom tubs or on counters.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This home quickly became one of our favorites and is now at the top of our list for future visits to Jacksonville. From the moment you walk in, you’re completely drawn in by its beauty—it truly looks even better in person.Our group of 10 had more than enough space, both indoors and outdoors. With five boys ranging from ages 3–13, there was never a shortage of activities to keep them entertained. The fire pit was a huge bonus during our stay, especially with temperatures ranging between 30–60 degrees.Safety and thoughtful details stood out throughout the home, including locked wooden doors at both the top and bottom of the stairs, clearly labeled switches and kitchen cabinets, and bidets in every bathroom—small touches that made a big difference for our family.The host was exceptional, check-in was seamless, and the neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. Overall, this home offered comfort, convenience, and an unforgettable stay. We can’t wait to return.

The 'Tons of fun'-house!

Such a great weekend! This house has it all, so many indoor/outdoor activities and games! My group had a blast! This house was exactly as expected. Thanks, again!!

House was great!!!! For future guests I would…-have a pool strainer for debris available -have propane tanks full. (Had to go to store as all were empty)-have cleaning crew clean toilets and showers better.(Urine on back of toilets and hair in shower)-spray in advance for wasps. Had to go buy spray as there were several nests on patio. Everything else was great Tjank you!!Scot

When you walk into this home it is just gorgeous! It really does feel just like home. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a home away from home (but it’s even more than just that because it has way more amenities than my home, so it’s even better lol) for the whole family! Wish we could have stayed longer. The cleanliness & all the extras provided are great! I would love to have a home just like this especially with the great pool! It may feel cool at first, but after submerging yourself in it, it feels great!The need to be quiet after 10 pm is completely understandable..To keep the neighborhood to be just what it is, a great neighborhood. The only thing I would suggest is to possibly offer a few more large, thicker blankets or comforters. It’s always nice to have a few extra cozy blankies just incase ya wanna crash on the couch in the game room or just snuggle up in one of the recliners to watch a movie.We loved our stay! Thanks Again!!!

We love Jacksonville, it is our happy place. This property has the best of both worlds, it has the beach close by - 20 mins from the house and it is close to the city - about 20 mins as well. Whatever your mood and plans are, you will be close to your destination.

What makes this property unique

In this house you can get all the family together, enjoy of each others company, but not be all on top of each other. There is a place for the kids to hang out, a place for the young adults and for the adults young of heart. You will find somewhere to entertain and feel comfortable.
