Such a Wonderful experience! House was very clean with all the amenities we needed. The Host was excellent at responding to our requests & questions. There was so much to do, at the house with the pool, hot tub, and game room, I can honestly say I have not played so much as an adult!! I would definitely book again!

What a gem! The house was perfect for our.friends and family vacation. Between the games, putt-putt, pool and spa, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Host was very responsive and pleasant. Overall great experience and highly recommend!

Simply amazing

My parents flew in from Philadelphia. My children drove down from different parts of Georgia and one of daughters live in Jax beach so this was our meeting point. It was amazing. It was our own little resort. My girls loved how close it was to the beach. The guys liked going back and forth from the mini golf to the game room golf to sharpen up for their outing to play a round of golf. I loved how the house was stocked with everything we needed and how open the space was so my family could enjoy one another. And my grandsons loved the pool and taking rides on the golf cart. It was perfect and we will be back.

Christmas Family Reunion

Our stay at Little Palm was great from start to finish for our family reunion. The house is very roomy and well equipped—easily accommodated our group. There is something for everyone, including the great outdoor living area and the loaded game room. Communication with Yvonne was excellent—very responsive and helpful even on Christmas Eve. Would definitely stay there again.

Great for Family vacay!

We had a great stay at the house. So nice and close to the beach. The house was clean and pretty spacious. There was so much to do with the pool, game room and putting green and the outside grill area was awesome!

The house was great! Between golf and fishing, we really enjoyed the pool and outdoor kitchen.

I have never stayed in a vacation rental that was this well equipped. Everything a visitor could possibly need was provided. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful property! Nice neighborhood. Safe, fun, environment with convenient beach nearby. The beach amenities (chairs, umbrella etc) were perfect. Kids lived in the pool. Grill worked great and kitchen well equipped.
