USC Move in

We stayed here while moving our son into USC. The property was perfect for us. There was plenty of space and the communication with the host was above and beyond. We had a few minor issues and they took care of them right away.

Spacious and lovely home

Great place! The house is a mix of classic charm with modern amenities. The house also provides good sized rooms with plenty of room for extra luggage. The house also has great outdoor space to enjoy the lovely SoCal weather. The house also has loads of windows and french doors to make the inside of the house feel like the outdoors. The hosts were always willing to help answer any questions or requests. 10/10 would recommend.

A great house in a central location. Our family shared this house with friends for a meet up in LA in August of 2026. Plenty of room for 7 of us. It's a super-cute vintage Cali Craftsman with a fun layout and updated kitchen and baths. The kitchen is well-equipped, much better than the average rental. The bathrooms were nice. The back deck is great for eating outside. Beds were comfortable. Could use a few more hangars in the closets. The place was very clean. The host is very responsive. We had a little trouble starting the AC, but Tram got it sorted out quickly. The AC works well and kept it cool. There isn't much right in the neighborhood, but it's centrally located to a lot of LA activities. We parked two SUVs in the driveway with no problem. The street was relatively quiet after hours, we didn't hear dogs barking all night like one of the other reviews.

The house has been nicely renovated. The appliances are user friendly and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Very comfortable beds. One thing that comes to mind is the door to one of the downstairs bedrooms is warped and could not be closed all the way. It could be forced shut enough to stay partially closed, but in order to open it it made a lot of noise. Not good if you get up in the middle of the night. Also, there are three bedrooms on the main floor and only one bathroom, there is a second one upstairs between the two bedrooms. The neighbourhood is good, there is no problem parking in the driveway.

Everything was great. The host was amazing. Replied to all our inquiries promptly. Many things were close to the location. I wish the next door neighbors' dog/dogs weren't barking all hrs of the night; which is absolutely not the host's fault. Thats the only downside which the host has no control over. Everything was clean and stocked. We had a blast!!!

Nice stay in LA

Very good accommodation. We had a nice stay. Not that many restaurants in direct surroundings.

As a family, we love exploring the city we live in or simply traveling to a new place. We are so excited to start hosting again. We are optimistic, cheerful, and love meeting new people. We hope you enjoy your stay and we are here to answer questions or react quickly to resolve issues.
