Formosa Gardens Estates vacation rentals

This is our 4th time renting from Aunger in Formosa Garden Estates. Could not ask for a better location. This was our 1st time for Mickey's Corner as the house we usually rent was not available. The house was very clean with all the amenities you need. The owners are very responsive. Even thought it is a gated community, it was very nice having an alarm. The community is quiet and within 10 minutes of most everything you need outside the parks. Our recommendation for breakfast is KeKe's and for lunch/dinner it would be Miller's Ale House. There are plenty of gift shops and other shopping nearby. We absolutely recommend Aunger and any of the properties they have in Formosa Gardens Estate.

Loved the pool, there was so much room for everyone to sit and play. The kitchen had everything you needed and more but overall, the space and location was perfect. Will be back again.

On arrival at the property everyone was in awe. It was a superb house and a great location for our Disney/Universal holiday. The property is in beautiful settings inside a gated estate, so nice and secure too. Everything was within easy reach, Theme Parks, shopping and eateries. The hose was superbly decorated, the only issue we had was the fight over who got which bedroom. We paid for the pool heating, a must in February but it paid off. We had a great time around the pool too. The house had everything you would need and the facilities, washing machine and dryer for example, meant we could pack a little lighter. The communication from the hosts/owners was great throughout the initial booking right up to arrival and beyond on return home. I would definitely recommend this house to any large parties stayed in the Kissimmee area.

We loved our stay at this location. The pool was a big hit with the kids. The only complaint we have is all the mattresses were horrible. They all should be replaced. Each of the mattresses had big holes on each side.

My daughter and I have rented houses for the past 14 years in the Kissimmee area and this was by far our favorite. The house was spotless and completely updated with high end finishes. The pool was the highlight for us, big, beautiful and tons of privacy. We would and will rent again in a heartbeat

This home was great for multiple families. The house lay out gave each family a place of their own. The pool area has so much room! Highly recommend this house.

Property was clean and well maintained. House was stocked with essentials. The pool heat was great for the spa after long days out and about. If you are looking for easy and quick access to Disney World this house is it! Very short drive to the parks. Also easy access to the tollway to get out to the coast. There is a Walmart very close by also that has huge assortment of Disney merchandise.
