Stay 2 nights get the 3rd free! (Not applicable Memorial Day to Labor Day) -- Unit 204 - Holiday Isle--Newly Updated Unit! Great location within the complex--East end 2nd level unit offers drive-up parking and incredible views of Pelican Point. 2BR/2BA unit offers a King-sized bed in the master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well as a twin bunkbed. Both bedrooms and living room have televisions. Dining area has seating for 6 at the table and 4 breakfast bar stools.

Holiday Isle amenities include elevator access, fitness center, gated security entrance, indoor pool with hot tub, outdoor pool, pickleball/tennis court, covered garage parking with (3) vehicle maximum, steam room, dry sauna, (2) outdoor electric grills for community use, private boardwalk to the beach.

Unit amenities include internet access, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and baths, balcony access from living area & master bedroom, jacuzzi tub in master bath with walk-in shower.

No parking area provided for boats or recreational vehicles.
