You’re just 64 steps away from your very own private sunrise and sunset!

Our newly renovated condo has a private beach access and is located on Venice Island in the Golden Beach neighborhood. It’s located between Venice Beach and the famous Sharky’s on the Pier. Just a 15 minute stroll on the beach will get you to either destination!

The beautiful ground level 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms condo has a new kitchen with quartz countertops, new appliances, lights and all new furnishings! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the kitchenware needed for a comfortable stay. Living room is outfitted with 2 sofas, oversized coffee table and 55” OLED TV. Master bedroom has an en-suite master bath with walk-in shower, walk-in closet, king size bed and TV. Second bedroom has luxurious bunk beds with the twin-size top bed and full-size bottom bed.

Front of the building has a small courtyard with lovely plants, plenty of sunshine and a shaded porch. There’s an assigned parking space as well as plenty of guest parking.

Entrance to the beach is just 60-some steps from the front door! The beach is only accessible to our community therefore it is never crowded and always peaceful. We provide beach chairs and beach cart for our guests’ convenience.

Come and experience the tranquility for yourself. And of course, if you’re looking for a reason to leave the beach, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, boutiques and events in downtown Venice for your enjoyment. Venice Ave is about 1.5 miles away from our hidden gem.
