The shower wasn’t working. Called for plumber came late fixed the spout but not the diverter. Light bulbs were burned out. Place not clean enough. No teaspoons only tablespoons that had been thru the garbage disposal and they were chewed up on the edges. Clean the vent next to the toilet in the hall bath. And they shut the door code off an hour before they should have to the door code.The best was the view! It was beautiful!

Host great. Have stayed in different condos at crystal sands, this one was slightly below expectations when compared to the others. Location great..but the light outside by door illuminated the master bedroom at night even with the shutters closed, no kitchen table (despite pictures), and the kitchen was not well equipped - Teflon frying pans unusable, no silverware teaspoons (only soup size) and did not see any large mixing spoons. This would not stop me from staying here again but if given a choice, to meet my needs, would choose another condo.

Best experience and most wonderful stay at Crystal Beach! True gem condo!

It was most wonderful stay in heart of Destin! It was spotless clean, quiet and safe, very modern beachy decor, everything we needed was there including beautiful kid books&games, chair service, literally walk to beach, super easy to communicate and tend to our requests, will absolutely come back! Exceptional stay! Deserves all the stars! Owner made our stay unforgettable! Highly recommend!

We had a great week!

This was our 2nd visit to this condo. They have made some minor improvements since we were there in April. We had some issues with the air conditioner while we were there. The management was great. Had it repaired very quickly. The location to this condo is great! We had 5 adults and it worked well for us. The hot water never ran out in the shower, that was nice!

Overall we were pretty satisfied with this condo. The only minor blips I feel need to be addressed are the leaky fridge and taking a look at the bar stools. One of them was pretty shaky with a damaged leg. Once some appliances get upgraded and some minor repairs on furniture then a perfect score is in sight. 9.5 rating for our stay.

Great location, check in right at 4, the refrigerator needs a new seal , you have to push it hard to stay closed, this is our favorite spot we’ve stayed here twice and will be back!!

This place was perfect for our stay. Great location, right on the beach. everything you needed in the kitchen. pleanty of sleep space for all 6 of us. Had a box fan for those of is who need white noise. The flashlights they had there, were a big hit with the kids doing night time crab hunting. Will only stay here next time we come to Destin. The two chairs and umbrella that come with your stay were perfect, mo need to drag chairs to the beach. perfect stay 10 out of 10!

Great location, the application does provides all the information that you need. Picture looks better than the real experience as the place felt dated. The main door lock was broken, and the closet was unusable due to a fan and large mirror. Appliances worked fine, and it was fairly clean, though vents were very dirty and need replacing. A fresh coat of paint would help. Bedsheets were clean, but the king mattress was noisy.Can’t beat the location.

Perfect place to stay

I took my 2 children and 3 granddaughters to Destin in August 2025. The condo was in the perfect location. Pleanty of room for everyone. The condo has a box fan for sleeping noise, you dont hear anything in the master bedroom. The flashlights that had were perfect for night time crab hunting. I enjoyed the patio dinning. The view from the condo is breath taking. We really liked the convenience of the beach being steps away. Absolutely loved the location. We will be staying here again for sure.

Nice location

Clean condo with amazing views. Tight space but able to have family of 5 enjoy a couple of days together. It was nice to have 2 beach chairs for free as well.

Fantastic View

The only thing to be aware of is that the shower/tub was slippery. I would hate for someone to slip and get hurt, especially if someone has issue maintaining balance due to a disability. Hopefully we will be returning sooner than later. A terrific place to stay!
