Aprita - In Sanskrit, Aprita means joyful one - and this comfortable, inviting home is sure to give you a smile. It is located in a quiet residential section less than 5 minutes from All-Star Village. The location makes it ideal for breaks between games. It has a covered front porch, a covered rear porch that leads to an open deck and a screened sunroom. All of these spaces are comfortably furnished for outside seating and dining.

This home combines vintage architecture of the mid-1800's with contemporary amenities and decor. There are original, refinished wood floors throughout. Vintage built-in oak cabinets have been retained in the kitchen. There is a bedroom with a half bath within it, as well as a full bath and laundry on the first floor. Three more bedrooms are located on the second floor, along with another full bath. The original large plate glass windows have been retained to maintain natural light and compliment the cozy atmosphere.

There are 4 TVs - 1 in the living room and 1 in each of the upstairs bedrooms. This home is within 5 minutes of two different golf courses.

Wonderful house, Perfect location

This is my second time staying at Aprita. I chose to come back because of the close proximity to All Star Village. The house is clean, comfortable and the owners and family are so kind. Would recommend this house to anyone who has a kid playing at ASV. You won’t be disappointed!

Great place for families traveling to ASV!

Aprita was a great place for our family of 4 while our twins played in ASV! It was 5 min from the ballparks and had all the amenities of being at home! Very convenient to go back and relax between ball games and rain delays. We would definitely return to this property! Hosts were fantastic and very welcoming!

We enjoyed our stay at this property while our son was competing in a baseball tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The home had everything we needed and was spacious enough for grandparents to travel with us. The hosts were extremely friendly and easy to work with. Fantastic host close to ASV

The hosts are fantastic. Super nice and responsive. The house is only 4 minutes from Cooperstown All Star Village. It is spacious, clean, comfortable and convenient. Cute, safe neighborhood. There is space to work remote if needed. They have thought of everything - umbrellas, extra coolers. Etc. Lots for siblings to do. Outdoor sport activities and a great little game room. The porch is comfortable and welcoming. Nice size yard. Would highly recommend!!!

Oneonta’s Paradiss

This property served our every single need. The beautiful landscape and history of this updated yet still historic home was absolutely the best choice we made when attending Cooperstown All Star Village. It was so nice to be so close to the fields to be able to come back and relax between games that were close in time slots. The hospitality of the homeowners made us feel like we were part of their family. And the price was perfect for the comfort and amenities offered.

The Perfect Home

We booked this home for my son’s baseball tournament at All Star Village and we couldn’t have asked for a better place and hostess. The home is a 3 minute drive to ASV which was very convenient as we were constantly going back and forth to the ball park. The beds were comfortable, the rooms had great air conditioning, fully stocked kitchen, hair dryers and irons in the bathrooms…etc. The house is perfect. Katie and her family were the sweetest hostesses!

Aprita was a lovely home with a helpful owner who lives right across the street for any last minute needs. We did not have any issues as the house was large enough for our 3 families to share, super close to All Star Village and stocked with many necessities. There was a large field for the boys to play wiffle ball if they came back to the house for a visit. There were beautiful flowers throughout the property and the house was well lit. We were very happy with our stay and will be recommending this home to friends who will be visiting Cooperstown in the future!

ASV - week 12 2024

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Aprita on week 12 for Cooperstown ASV. This was a quaint home rental with the sweetest and kindest hosts. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. Katie and Eilleen went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for the week. Aprita was charming and cozy, with a beautiful garden and lovely decor. The game room was perfect. We enjoyed spending time chatting with the Eileen who were not only gracious and welcoming but also full of great recommendations for things to do in the area. They made us feel like a valued guest and went out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable. I would highly recommend this home rental to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing retreat with the added bonus of wonderful hosts.
