New Lake House near Cooperstown

Please note: Our rental schedule is set to the schedules of the two local baseball parks in the area, Cooperstown All-Star Village and Cooperstown Dreams Park. They are six-day tournaments. Our calendar is set up in six-day intervals to go along with the baseball parks.

Cancellation Policy: If we receive a cancellation notice 90 days or more before the arrival date, the rental payment will be refunded, less $300. If we receive a cancellation notice less than 90 days before the arrival date, there will be no refund.
