At Home Base I - One of four homes located close to one another. Conveniently close to Cooperstown Dream Park, just under a half mile. Easy back and forth in between games! This home enjoys a private setting with off-street parking.

Enjoy the rural beauty, play a game of basketball or relax on the large back deck.

The open floor plan of this one level 2 bedroom / 2 bath home makes life just a little easier. Each bedroom has a queen bed.
The bath - with a tub and a shower - is off the hallway.
This home is located across the road from the three other companion units:
At Home Base II, At Home Base III, At Home Base IV.
One well supervised team party is welcome - simply let your host know the timing.

THIS is the place to stay!!

From then cleanliness to the close proximity to Dreams Park to the beautiful property…this is the place to stay. Check in was seamless thanks to great communication from the owners. We could not have asked for a better “home base” for this week!

Great Location, Cozy Home!

Our family enjoyed our stay while At Home Base. The home was super clean, had everything we needed & was super close to Dreams Park which was perfect for early games. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook with and it was so nice having access to a washer & dryer. Cooperstown was a fun experience! The downtown area was great & we loved being able to visit Ostego Lake beach at Glimmerglass park in between game times. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Cooperstown!

Well stocked and amazing location!

We stay in a lot of rentals and this was by far the cleanest and well stocked rental we have been in. Not only is the location amazing, the house is also on private lot by itself. We got to host team party and it was a lot of space for boys to play wiffle ball, us to grill out and in addition there is hoop, deck and fire pit. Would highly recommend to anyone!

What An Experience!

This little home was fabulous! Everything was clean and so cozy. Hot water, cold a/c, and washer/dryer. So close to Cooperstown Dream Park, it was very convenient to run back and forth. Loved the outdoor space. Saw a beautiful big Doe right outside the patio. Rabbits and chipmunks too! Bed and sofa were cozy. The house had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!!! (We went undefeated and won the championship!! So if you have athlete superstitions, it could be good luck😉)

The Ideal Setup Near Dreams Park

Great place, and you can't beat the location if you're heading to Dreams Park. It's a fantastic two-bedroom house with nice bathrooms, and it was spotless throughout. The fire pit and basketball hoop were awesome perks to have, too. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family Stay Just Minutes from Dreams Park with Exceptional Hosts - Truly A HOME RUN!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Home Base 1 in Cooperstown! The hosts were fantastic—they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were always accessible whenever we had questions. That level of kindness, thoughtfulness, and trustworthiness is rare. They genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience and took great pride in both their property and their guests. They were personable, responsive, and made us feel completely at ease from start to finish. We can't say enough great things about them! The proximity to Dreams Park was a huge advantage, especially during the rain delays. Being so close made it easy to head back to the house and wait comfortably before returning to the games. The home was exceptionally clean and the perfect size for our family. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we couldn't have asked for a better place while visiting Cooperstown. We highly recommend At Home Base 1 and would absolutely stay here again!
