Sunset Lodge at Old World Village | Spacious Baseball Family Retreat | Sleeps 12

Bring the family together for tournament week at Sunset Lodge. With five bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, and two living areas, there’s room to gather after the games and space to spread out when everyone is ready to relax.

2027 tournament bookings: Please book the exact dates of your tournament session. Summer stays have a six-night minimum and must align with the tournament schedule. This allows the families before and after you to book their full tournament week. Please check your team’s dates before requesting a stay.

All Star Village: 16 miles

Cooperstown: 15 miles

On the main floor, you’ll find a king suite, kitchen, living area, and half bathroom. Upstairs are another king suite and two queen bedrooms, one with a daybed, that share a full bathroom. The lower level offers a second living area, a queen bedroom, a separate full bathroom, and a walkout to the seven-person hot tub.

Sunset Lodge has a covered porch, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, and free laundry in the lodge. Fresh bedding is provided for your stay.

The lodge sits on our private 40-acre Old World Village property, alongside our Chalet and cottages. If other families on your team would like to stay nearby, ask us about the additional accommodations on the property.

The home was perfect for a Cooperstown baseball week. Host was easy to communicate with and the lodge gave multiple families sharing their own living space. Very clean and an easy ride to Dreams Park each day.

Great place to stay!!!

We were in town for the Cooperstown baseball tournament with our son and this location proved to be the perfect spot to get some rest when not playing also conveniently located.

Awesome lodge

A group of 10 of us stayed to attend another friends wedding at Cadillac Ranch Event Barn. The lodge was beautiful and extremely clean! Would definitely come back so we could spend more time!

A Must Stay!

Sunset Lodge and its surroundings are simply gorgeous! The owner is so amazing and kind. I'm sharing this listing with all of my friends. We can't wait to book it again! It was a perfect place to book for the Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament.

Fall trip with friends

We came to the area to ride the rail bikes. We decided to find a place to spend the night and make it a real fun trip. We luck out when we found this place. It was beautiful, roomy and made for a great getaway for all of us.

Beautiful cabin, big and roomy

Hi there, the host /Owner was also super helpful ..we came in for Cooperstown and it was big and spacious. The kitchen is very nice, lots bathrooms and bedrooms. The downstairs floor is a big living room with another bedroom and bathroom. Perfect for having an additional family living room Space.!!!went jogging quite a bit, really nice!

We had three families stay at this location during the week-long baseball tournament Cooperstown Dreams Park. The location had plenty of space, and was nice and cool when we got home after 90+ degree days. I’d highly recommend!

Great cabin with excellent amenities! Clean and well maintained! We had 3 families stay and there was more than enough room to hang out together as well as separate for some quiet time! We had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view. We shared the house with 2 other families and everyone was comfortable. Beautiful home,clean, quiet and spacious

This house was amazing! It held 4 families comfortably during our Cooperstown experience with our baseball team. Having the laundry across the street was very convenient. The kitchen was great for cooking for large groups. The property is beautiful and quiet! Highly recommend! Oh, the host was also wonderful. Very prompt with any questions we had.

Wonderful stay

Everything about this property is wonderful. Very clean, very comfortable and beautiful views. Our only challenge, but it didn’t have anything to do with the home, was the distance we needed to travel to our daily destination. Again, that didn’t have anything to do with the home. Considering the remoteness of the general area I’m thrilled with our choice and would recommend it to others.

Family getaway

We planned a family overnight with our adult children. This house/stay exceeded our expectations. From booking, check in, and the time at the house; the owner was super helpful! We were able to text with questions and always received a quick response. The house was well decorated, clean, and well stocked. Unfortunately, we only stayed for 1 night but definitely plan to return for a longer visit next time! We highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a nice quiet getaway!

A fabulous home! Close enough to Cooperstown to enjoy without the crowds. Amazing beds and bathrooms with fine linens and plenty of towels. Several comfortable gathering areas and a very well stocked kitchen. Beautiful rural area with a very nice laundry facility. The host was extremely responsive. As if that’s not enough there is a gas grill and fire pit available for use. This would be my first choice if ever in the area again.

Absolutely perfect house for large group!

The property is amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. The home is newly built and very well stocked for a large group. We stayed here while our kids played at All Star Village, the drive to and from the field was easy and the multiple washers/dryers was such a bonus! The property owner Chrissy is responsive and made sure our stay was going well. I highly recommend this property, especially for a large group! The home is clean and the owners have thought of everything "Cooperstown" to make your stay even better. We will be back!
