The coffee maker and blender are both newer appliances, and after your stay we inspected them carefully and confirmed they are both in great working order. We’re sorry if there was any confusion during your use of them. We’re also not quite sure what was meant by “BYO wash rags,” as we do provide washcloths along with a full supply of linens, towels, and travel essentials for our guests. If something was missing during your stay, we certainly wish we had been notified so we could have addressed it immediately. We appreciate your stay and your feedback.

Mattress firmness is highly subjective, and while we understand that some guests prefer a softer sleeping surface, others prefer a firmer one. In fact, we have received many positive comments from previous guests regarding the comfort, support, and sleep quality provided by these mattresses. As much as we would like to accommodate every individual’s preference, it is unfortunately impossible to select a mattress firmness that satisfies everyone. With that in mind, we have chosen mattresses that provide what we believe is a neutral, broadly appealing level of support and comfort for the majority of our guests.
