Guest access
⇥ No matter if you plan to stay in Alexandria or you want to spend some time in DC, getting where you need to go is simple. The WMATA Metro serves both cities and many others in the area. The suite is close to multiple bus lines as well as the Braddock Road Station, where you can ride the blue line train into Washington DC. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also very popular in the area. Alternatively, you can rent a car at the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

Other things to note
1. Health and safety is our top priority! There is always a professional, thorough, sanitization and cleaning between guests from the refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches. Due to this lengthy cleaning period, it is challenging to offer late check-outs or early check-ins.

2. Please remember that you're staying in a private residence within a residential community, not a hotel. Please treat our space with the same respect you would your home. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

3. The entire community is a pet-friendly community and you may run into other residents’ pets during your stay.

4. Gym is a mini+gym with 2 treadmills and a workout area with weights, enough to get a great workout but it is not a full blown commercial gym.

5. Entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. There is a shared, outdoor roof top-level common use space. Please make yourself at home.
