Nature's Hidden Treasure - GOODYEAR LAKE WATERFRONT - This is truly a private setting on a large cove on the northwestern shore of Goodyear Lake. It is nestled on 1.3 acres that is graced with mature trees. Guests enjoy fishing along the 600 feet of level private shoreline, the fishing is great. This section of the lake is well known for extremely good bass fishing and kayaking. Goodyear Lake has a wide variety of fresh-water fish.

New for 2024 your host has made a wonderful new addition to the property. Guests will enjoy the large 20 x 14 screened in porch as your outdoor living room! Overlooking the private waterfront it is ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing, there is a ROKU TV and heater for the cool summer evenings. Enjoy the breathtaking sunrises which are particularly beautiful from the screened in porch.

From the wonderful screened in porch you can enter the house through the kitchen or the sunroom. Hardwood flooring gives a warm ambiance throughout the living room and sunroom. The sunroom is another wonderful place to enjoy vast views of the waterfront or get some work done on the large table desk with views of the water. The kitchen has an eat-in breakfast nook; there is also a dining area in the screened in porch. The living room is large and very spacious, lots of room to sit back and relax. Enjoy a movie on the large smart TV! There is an extra sleeping space in the back, private part of the living room. There are 3 bedrooms all located on the 1st floor, along with 2.5 bathrooms.

Nature's Hidden Treasure is a very user-friendly, 2,000 square foot home, all on one level. The waterfront is also user-friendly - just slide your kayak into the water from the gently sloping lawn. Kayaks are not provided however there is a great shop you can rent from.

Note: this part of the lake is great for an awesome water view, fishing, and paddle sports, but the shallow water and soft lake bottom are not conducive for swimming. Swimming can be done in the larger part of the lake where it is deeper.
