Welcome to your cozy getaway. Here you will find that peace inherent to a natural setting. In addition to that natural setting, high speed Wi-Fi, blender, microwave, coffee maker, television, and washing facilities are available. A 50 ft deck and propane grill provide a setting for outdoor meals. A smart television is provided to acces your account and pickup where you left off. Guest capacity is 6. There are 3 parking spaces provided, street parking is prohibited.

No more than 3 vehicles are permitted in the driveway, parking is not allowed on the street.
Six day-use guests are allowed from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., no street parking. Unauthorized guests/pets will incur a $500 fee, must note all guests/pets.
Please remove all trash. Trash that doesn’t fit in cans, must be carried out. Violation of the SB County Codes and may result in enforcement actions.

It was a beautiful place to stay. The owner was easy to be in contact with. The place was clean and comfortable.

very nice place

The house was clean and well taken care of and had everything we needed for our visit. The stairs leading up to the front door are steeper than the picture indicates. It is was a bit of workout for us to carry our stuff in, but okay to walk up and down empty handed. Then again, we are in our seventies. Thank you for the nice stay.
