About this property

Luxury Caribbean in Green & Blue

Brand newly remodeled studio fully equipped. Walking distance to all attractions and services in a beach touristic area. I can pick you up at the airport as a welcome courtesy, upon availability.
Let us know what you need, and we'll have it for you. If you have a car, we can provide parking access (remote control and hanging permit are provided, but make sure to return them so your security deposit is not affected, ask in case you need it).
We offer the size of a king bed (80" L x 76" W) made of 2 XL twin beds we put together (80"L x 39"W ea.). Upon guest's needs, we can arrange a king size bed or 2 twin beds (please ask).
Be aware, the unit has hot/warm water only in the shower, and sometimes the water service closes (for a few hours) if there is any pending repair in the building. Please help us turning the AC OFF every single time you leave the unit.
Be aware about the Puerto Rican Energy System. Blackouts are not uncommon and could happened at any time. If it happens during your stay, there is nothing we can do about it. However, our building has an electric generator that keeps all communal areas working, which include elevators, corridor lighting, lobby, patios, swimming pool, and water system, but not electricity inside the apartments.
Flat rates for the first 2 persons. Additional guests add extra charges. Children are welcome too, but if you child already pays plane ticket also pays here.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Couples getaway

The condo was very clean. Everything you need. The pool was nice. Long walk to beach access. Restaurants in area were all good. Close markets and stores. We stayed for 4 days and it was the perfect getaway.

Great location close to everything you need for a great stay

From beginning to end of our stay we were very comfortable and happy. The location is near many restaurants, stores, casinos, Isael verde beach and airport. Me and my family had a great time staying at this location. We highly recommend this place.

This VRBO was just as advertised. Nice cozy studio with all the basic amenities provided plus a nice swimming pool on the property. Nearby everything ( within an 8 minute drive to the airport!) Gaby was a great host. She even picked us up from the airport. 10/10

I stayed here for two nights. Great location right next door to ESJ hotel. Five minute walk to the beach. The room was comfortable and clean, as described. Gabby is responsive and a great host. I would definitely stay here again.

The stay was great. She provided everything, the building was nice, the neighbors were nice, the pool was huge and clean, the walk to the beach was roughly 4 minutes, the shower water was consistently warm, I enjoyed staying here and will do so again if available.

First time in PR and I absolutely loved the island! Big thanks to Gabby for being so friendly and allowing us to stay at her beautiful apartment! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

frosted glass and the horrible florescent light floods the bedroom at night. 2. The jets taking off at all hours of the night also make sleeping near impossible. 3. The neighbor stole the parking pass and it cost us an extra 130 for them to replace. We have stayed at VRBOs from Hawaii to Puerto Rico. This stay was by far the worst experience we have had. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY SOMEWHERE YOU CAN SLEEP AND FEEL SAFE!!!

Amazing Stay

Gaby was an amazing host going above and beyond to get us with our infant baby. The place was just as pictured. The pool was great before beach days. The beach and food were a short distance. The space was easy to access and had everything needed for a stay. We really enjoyed our time and hope to visit again.

Pictures do not do this place justice. Clean and location was good. Pay the extra for the secure parking. You will get your deposit back if you return gate opener. Close to beach and good food. Would use again.
