Summary:
Located on the 17th floor of Escapes to the Shores, a true luxury beachfront resort, our spacious, east-corner, 3 BR/ 2 BA, 2234 sq. foot condo offers picturesque beach views, a bonus room, lovely appointments, and amazing resort amenities. Amenities include: designer beachside pool, splash pad, kiddie pool, outdoor fireplace, BBQ area, fitness room, steam room, sauna, indoor pool, hot tub, & covered parking. Visit us and come have the beach vacation of a lifetime.

The Space:
Unit 1701 boasts 3 bedrooms and a bonus room with beach access directly from the building. This spacious (2234 SF) condo is located on the east corner of the 17 floor and offers the most beautiful beach views from the living area and balcony. Pair that with the buildings AMAZING resort amenities and you are in for a vacation that you will never forget.

This stunning beachfront unit has an open living/ dining/ kitchen floorplan for comfortable conversation, reading a good book or watching the large flat screen TV.

Cooks in the family are sure to love the well-equipped chef’s kitchen, complete with stainless appliances, gas range, and huge double-door refrigerator. You will find everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal or a quick snack. The large dining table and bar seating provides comfortable seating for 10. You are sure to enjoy the views from this east-corner unit offering breathtaking beach and gulf views.

The master bedroom will spoil you with a king-sized bed and a large en-suite with walk-in tile shower and large whirlpool tub. The second bedroom offers a king bed, and the third bedroom offers 2 queen beds with shared bath. The "bonus" room off the living area has a private tv area with queen sleeper sofa. There is also a sleeper in the living room.

There is a $50.00 parking fee. The parking pass is purchased onsite of the Escapes to the Shores complex upon arrival.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to all of the amenities including: designer beachside pool, splash pad, kiddie pool, outdoor fireplace, BBQ area, fitness room, steam room, sauna, indoor pool, hot tub, & smoking area.

Other Things to Note:
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

Great Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was wonderful and the pool area was amazing. Our granddaughter really enjoyed the splash pad and the grill area was so well maintained. The staff was so kind and helpful, we would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed the large, open layout of this unit. It had great spaces and terrific views down the beach for miles. The condo was clean, very well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The property was well taken care of and the covered parking was ample and convenient. Great communication from the property managers made for an excellent stay!

This was our favorite beach trip yet! Great location. The property had all of the space and amenities we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The view was beautiful. We will absolutely be back to stay here again next time and have already recommended to friends!

Home away from home

Breath taking views big enough for our family, enough space for all to hang out together or those mornings that everyone needed alone/quiet time! The balcony was perfect place to enjoy watching the sunrise! All the amenities you could ask for we used the outside grill a couple nights for dinner. The gym was great too enough to get a good workout done! Truly enjoyed our stay Thanks!

The condo was lovely. Beautiful with a great view. Good floor plan. VRBO's surprise of " there is a $25 parking fee per car that became a $40 parking fee per car" was bologna.
