Come enjoy this tropical paradise! This home is fully renovated, ready, and equipped for all your needs. This home boasts quartz counter tops throughout the kitchen and bathrooms, white shaker cabinets, stainless steel appliances, large porcelain tile, LED fireplace, ambient lighting, and so much more! There is an abundance of space for cooking, entertaining, or simply pausing and relaxing.

The home includes in house laundry, outdoor play/fun area, jacuzzi, spacious porch to sit and relax, and air hockey table. You will find a serene landscape surrounding the property, hanging wicker rattan egg chair swing with comfy cushions and pillows, two hammocks, fire pit, propane BBQ, coconut palms, and enclosed paved lounge area.

Nine guests will comfortably enjoy their stay in this gorgeous home with amenities that include five flat screened televisions (47" and 65"), Wi-Fi, Amazon Fire Stick, Keurig coffee/tea maker with a variety of flavors available, utensils, cookware, porcelain plates, wine and drink glasses, coffee cups, fresh white towels, linens, pillows and bedsheets, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, washer and dryer, iron, hairdryers, and laundry detergent.

The property is conveniently located close to the Palm Beach International Airport, I-95 & Turnpike, West Palm Beach, City Place, Kravis Center, Norton & Flagler Museum, Lion Country Safari, Outlet Mall, local beaches, +++.

Please let us know if you would like to add a full or half day boat rental with captain on a 25' Sport Craft (Weather permitting). Maximum capacity on the vessel is 11 passengers. (An advanced notice of 72 hours is required). Full Day = $800.00 | Half Day = $550.00.

Owner lives on the second floor on the property with a private exterior entrance (no access to the main home). Property is equipped with exterior cameras.

House rules include no smoking or vaping of any kind (inside the home), no drugs, no pets allowed, no parties, no loud music, and remaining respectful towards all neighbors. Not complying to the above will not be tolerated. Violators will be charged up to $1,000 and asked to leave without refund.

Fireplace's gas tank is turned off and should be turned off after use, make sure it cools down prior to covering. No smoking on enclosed porch.

Great place to stay

We rented this place for three nights with family and had a great time. It was very nice updated clean all you could ask for better than a hotel beautiful outdoor area to relax And 15 minutes away from Beaches would book this place again in a heartbeat!

Best VRBO Stay Ever

We were looking for a property that would be close to the CACTI Ballpark of the Palm Beaches as we come for Astros Spring Training every year. This property was a straight shot to the ballpark. The property was immaculate! It was well- appointed- Every conceivable kitchen utensil was there and there were plenty of dishes and glasses. The best part was the enclosed room at the rear. Comfy furniture, and AC, and a view of orchids attached to graceful palm trees. We spent very morning there with coffee and books! I hope we can book this property next year when three seasoned senior ladies return to cheer on the Astros!

The place was a nice gem in a slightly rundown area. The house was wonderful and provided us all we needed. The only negatives were the hot tub took forever to warm up, the hot water for the showers did not last very long, and the neighbors Nextdoor played loud music and worked on their cars till very late in the evening making the outdoor time less enjoyable.
