6Bed 3Bath Pool Villa Toy Story & Lion King & Stunning Sunsets

This lovely relaxing 6 Bed 3 Bath vacation home is located on a stunning Golf Community, which has a communal pool and tennis courts for Guest use. The Mike Dasher designed 18 Hole Golf Course can be played by booking a Tee Time at the Clubhouse or online. Please note the Golf Course is Privately Owned and not accessible unless you book to play golf.

The ground floor design of this Villa is open plan with a formal dining room, a large living area, good size fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. There is a twin bedroom with 2 single beds and a Queen bedroom on the 1st Floor with a hallway shower/tub combo with toilet and single sink. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer and an ironing board and iron. The stunning pool deck is West facing for those amazing Floridian sunsets and it overlooks the Golf Course. The sparkling pool is the ideal place to cool off and relax in after a day in the Parks or enjoying the many attractions in and around Orlando.
The Games room comes with a Pool Table, Air Hockey Table and Foosball Table is the perfect place to spend time with the family. Please note the pool can be heated for your stay during the Winter months - please contact the Office for the cost of this service.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
On the First (Ground) Floor you will find Bedroom #1 with two Twin beds, closet and its own TV. Also on the First floor you will find Bedroom #2 with a Queen bed, closet and TV. There is a Hallway Bathroom next to Bedroom #2 with a sink and shower/tub combo.
On the Second Floor, you will find Bedroom #3 with a Queen bed, walk-in closet and TV, which has a view out the front of the property.
The Master Bedroom with its own En-suite Bathroom has a Queen bed and overlooks the back of the house with a beautiful view over the Golf Course. The huge En-Suite Bathroom has ‘His and Hers’ sinks, a shower and separate tub. There is also a small room attached to the Master with a wooden crib and highchair.
Bedrooms #5 has a Toy Story theme and 2 x twin beds with a TV and closet.
Bedroom #6 has a Lion King theme with 2 x Twin beds, closet and TV.
There is a Hallway Bathroom on the 2nd Floor with two sinks, and a shower/tub combo.

OUTSIDE: The back of the home opens onto the large pool deck with patio furniture where you can sit and admire the fabulous view while enjoying the pool and stunning sunsets. The pool can be heated for your stay during the winter months (November to March) for an extra cost - please check with the office for the price of pool heat for your stay. There is a table and 4 chairs for AL FRESCO dining, as well as 4 sun loungers for relaxing under the Floridian sun.

HOUSE RULES
No Party/Events Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/events at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10pm-7am and this will be enforced by the local security. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.

No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire/smoke detection will incur a fine.
Should we believe that the guests have been smoking / vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine of will be charged for deep cleaning of the property on your departure.

No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house and for the possible allergies of future Guests. You will be subject to be an extra fee for non-compliance of the No Pet Policy.
Check-in is from 4.00pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out is by 10.00am on the day of departure.

The pool can be heated for your stay during the winter months for an extra cost.
