About Kecia

Chelan is our local favorite getaway. Only 3-4 hours drive from the big city.

Gorgeous drive. Warmer weather. Slower pace. Over 48 wineries. Great restaurants, great views, great people. If you have not been to Lake Chelan, be sure to check it out. There is something there for the whole family.

Kecia purchased this house in 1997

Why Kecia chose Willow Point

Both my husband and I have vacationed here our whole lives. This area is full of memories. It is a place to relax, laugh and catch up with family and friends. It's truly one of our favorites. We share our home with other families so they too can make a wonderful memory in such a beautiful place. Call 206-713-9035 to discuss rates. Check the calendar first.

What makes this house unique

Not waterfront...but almost!!! Just below the house sits a waterfront park, with swim area, playground, picnic table, BBQ's and sandy beach.

From the front patio and hot tub you can see you have a full 180 gorgeous view of lake.

The lake views, the mountains, the sunsets, the clear water and the smell of flowers surround you. Private Buoy comes with rental.

The house is beautiful inside and out!!!

  • 5 of 5

This house was beautifully kept and large enough for the entire family to have their own space. The outdoor living area is huge with a incredible view and a hot tub. Right across the street from a park with access to the lake makes it really convenient to go back and forth from the lake throughout the day. Will definitely book again!

Great place for a getway!

  • 5 of 5

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay, the house had a great view of the lake, and the hot tub was amazing! The house was very comfortable and clean, and within close proximity to various wineries. Kecia was very professional and prompt on responding to any questions and concerns, and had a detailed outline on expectations of the house. Will definitely be returning here in the future.

Amazing View, Awesome Accommodations, Will Return!

  • 5 of 5

The property was exactly as promised. Everything was provided for bedding, clean up, kitchen appliances/items, dishes, utensils, etc. The images were true to reality - the hot tub was awesome, the view spectacular, and the house itself was absolutely perfect. For the 8 of us staying in this home over the weekend, it was just the right size. We didn't feel cramped by any means nor did we feel overwhelmed when it came time to clean up before departure. Proximity to one of the lake's parks was amazing as well...we would just carry our floats across the street and didn't have to worry about driving and looking for parking!

The owner was very prompt in all of her follow up and so kind in answering all of the questions I had. She proactively reached out as well to make sure that I was aware of some maintenance being done and assured me that there would be no impact to my stay (there was none at all!)

I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone going over to this area and wanting an amazing getaway perfectly set to accommodate 8 people. I'm looking forward to the next time we decide to travel east and hopefully get the opportunity to rent from the owner again. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

PERFECT place for a multi-family retreat! 5 Star Communication/5 Star Accomodations.

  • 5 of 5

It was very hard to find a vacation rental that was in a suitable location with all the must-haves on my long wish list. We needed a place spacious enough for a multi-generational, mutli-family retreat, that still allowed ample spaces for each party to go and have privacy. In addition, it was important to have a place to which one could momentarily get away from the the hustle and bustle of boisterous family (i.e. steps away at the waterfront park) and indoor/outdoor eating areas spacious enough for large gatherings. Luckily, I stumbled across this listing.

The experience starts with the communication with the owners. Kecia was incredibly helpful with information about the space, possible configurations and choreographing of how I was to best plan this mini family reunion with logistics vis a vis family staying in a resort close by. SO SO HELPFUL! This was all--BEFORE I even signed on the dotted line to rent her place. So gracious was Kecia--right off the bat.

Needless to say, it was super easy to send her my payment in full because you can just tell she isn't a vacation rental shark who tries to milk the biggest possible dollar amount from guests..and I DID feel like a guest because of all the available kitchen supplies in ample amounts; all the condiments and quality oils and vinegars and spices and herbs, PLUS-- THE FULL ACCESSIBILITY TO HER FRESH VEGETABLE GARDEN out back! <3. Tons of books, dvds and board games. Not scraps--COMPLETE board games. Hot tub with crystal clear instructions and expectations- thus able to use the gorgeous, multi-jet spa with confidence.

Important to know is this: You can trust the folks who are offering their home to you. You can see the love in every crook and cranny with thoughtful decorating, design of the home and outdoor spaces. Still neutral enough to make it YOUR own as soon as you arrive. The location is not in the middle of town but not too far out. Our (athletic) teens actually walked into town once. Also, after a big fat breakfast at Blueberry Hills, a few of us decided to walk home from there.)

Price for both the main home and cabin in the back is very reasonable for the amount of enjoyment, organization and cleanliness provided. Cabin alone is great for an agile and fit couple or family of up to 4.--stairs are solid but steep and path up requires a tiny climb up pretty, terraced grounds. Breathtaking views--never got so many "Likes" on a Facebook photo than the ones I posted from here : )

Perfect for family gathering

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at the property for our annual family get together. The views are fantastic, especially while enjoying a local bottle of wine and eats. The park located across the street was great for lounging and water sports. We all enjoyed topping the day off with a soak in the hot tub and enjoying the stars. We hope to return again!
