An ocean-view home steps away from the beach located in the gated community of Carillon Beach. This home has 4 king bedrooms with an open-concept kitchen, living room, and dining room on the second floor to enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The home is reverse living. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a den are downstairs and upstairs includes the master suite, kitchen, dining room, living room, and a half bath. Seasonal lounge chairs with umbrellas will be available located on the beach. Enjoy the safety of riding bikes or walking around all of Carillon's amenities. Two blocks away from the marketplace that includes the following businesses and attractions: Lake Powell Pizza, Our Little Beach Cafe, Salon Baliage & Spa, Paradise Fitness Gym, Shipwreck (general beach store), Salty Bottle wine shop, Panama City Coffee Co, Village Green space that provides seasonal free concerts and movie nights, and a chapel service. Additional amenities include 3 pools (2 heated off-season), a tennis court, pickleball courts, a basketball court, a playground, and a lush professional landscape promenade. You can rent golf carts through Coastal Cars & Carts and additional bikes with the Shipwreck General Store.

Perfect house!

We so enjoyed our time here! The host was so responsive and helpful. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed! The host even left a thoughtful gift for the kids that were staying. We ended up extending our stay because we loved it so much!

Sonshine is a beautiful house! It has great proximity to walkover #4 and the downtown area! The location was perfect!! It had everything we needed and more! We had more than enough space for grandparents, parents, and teenagers! We highly recommend Sonshine on the Beach☀️ Our host was better than great!

Great location and beautiful home

Everything we needed. Location was directly across from beach walkover and a block from Carillon Market. Communication with host was fabulous. Will definitely be back!

Spring Break Perfection!

This was a fabulous house! It is SO close to the beach (right by the walkover) and our kids could run back and forth if needed. Communication with the owner was amazing. We have already talked about booking it again !!

Absolutely Wonderful!

"Sonshine" was such a perfect rental for our family vacation. Wonderful home in a perfect location. Our whole family enjoyed the lovely home and the neighborhood. So close to the beach! Home was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and perfect for a week together. The host was so gracious and went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect. Perfection!

I’m so glad we found Sonshine. It was perfect for our family—directly across from walkover was ideal with small children. Katie & Cathy were a pleasure to communicate with. You can tell this is their home and not just a sterile/basic rental. They had everything we needed and then some! Our kids thought this was the best place ever! Thank you!!

Will be back!

Sonshine was all we could hope for. There was room for the entire family including 5 adults, 2 kids under5 and two infants under 1. The beach was literally across the street and we spent every morning walking before morning naps. We were also very close to shops and restaurants along “30A” yet had a lovely quiet home to return to. Thank you Katie!
