Great room at beach

We have stayed at Eden Condos before this visit. This room was very nice and updated. Everything was clean. Nice rooms and large balcony. Would rent from again.

Eden condo

It was an amazing condo. Newly renovated. Great for large group plenty of space. Could use more lighting in common area at night. Kitchen well stock but could have used 2 large storage bowls for making fruit salad, and other salads. Great place will rent again!

This condo was everything we needed and more!

We booked this condo last minute and are so glad we did. Well stocked kitchen, nice appliances and plenty of blankets for the chilly nights made this condo very accommodating for my four. There was plenty of room to have brought friends. Thank you to the thoughtful owners and managers that made this condo so nice. We hope to be back soon!

Eden-Perdido Key

The building, room and pools were wonderful. We would be happy to visit again. Couple room surprises, happy to find a closet full of beach toys, and a desk full of books. We found it weird that the bathroom in the large bedroom, did not have a door on it, and the exterior gate to the general entry to the unit, was just a push control latch, no lock. But overall, we loved our stay and would book again.

Nice place but well worn

The condo was appointed nicely. It was very comfortable. As you can see by the title of the review, there was a few issues. First and foremost the sliding door to the balconies would not lock. Add to that the gate which, secluded your balcony from the walkway also did not lock. The place had a huge deck and great views the beds were comfortable the place could use a touch of paint and some updated furniture.

Family Vacation

We had a great week in Perdido Key with our kids and grandkids! The condo was nice but could’ve used a better cleaning and a few updates. We had a couple maintenance issues while we were there, but management was helpful in trying to get them fixed. The terrace was huge and so nice for eating our meals outside or just hanging out and reading a book or whatever. I wish we would’ve received our check-in information in a more timely manner. On the day we were traveling there, I still hadn’t gotten anything so I reached out to management and they sent an email pretty quickly. It just would’ve been nice to have gotten that the day before traveling to share with others in our group as we were all arriving at different times. Overall, we had a wonderful week and would come back again!
