Beautiful Historical Cottage With Mountain Views In Kalispell
This charming and cozy cup-de-sac cottage will be your home away from home! The unique historical building is over 100 years old and was the original Kalispell gas station that was later purchased from Cenex and converted into a guest house. The inside was recently renovated and updated into an open floor studio, full kitchen, full bathroom, a loft, and attached sunroom. A brand new comfortable queen size bed on the main level with additional two twin mattresses available up in a loft.
Sit on a porch and admire the sun rise over Glacier National Park in the morning, have fun watching our neighbor's horses that provide free entertainment throughout the day, or light a fire in the fire ring outside and enjoy a beautiful Montana night sky with Milky Way right over your head. On a rainy day head into the sunroom facing the woods at the back of the house and relax in our antique rocking chairs with a glass of wine or a cup of tea.
While private and quiet, the cottage is only minutes away from Kalispell and Whitefish downtowns with main shopping centers, boutiques, and restaurants. An approximately 40 minute scenic drive will take you to Glacier National Park, or a 30 minute drive to skiing at Whitefish Mountain, or fishing/waterskiing at magnificent Flathead and Whitefish lakes. We are conveniently located 15 minutes away from Glacier International Airport.

Cozy little cabin in a quiet area. Had all the amenities we needed and a comfy bed to rest after long days hiking at Glacier. Thanks so much for letting us stay!
Beautiful cottage with exceptional amenities and thoughtful added touches. Waking up to see sun rising above mountains is breath taking! Horses and a hot air
This is a quaint little rustic cottage that gives you back in time vibes but all the modern conveniences. The hosts are exceptionally thoughtful and provided a handwritten welcoming thank you note, fresh handpicked flowers and products from local businesses. The beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed cooking family meals, grilling out and dining outside in peaceful quiet. Would absolutely stay again.
This place has everything. While it only sleeps four, it has everything to cook and serve eight. Ve.
This place has everything. While it only sleeps four, it has everything to cook and serve eight. Serene surroundings great bed and tv was easy to navigate.
We stayed for four nights. The cottage does not have a/c but it was comfortable and quiet. It was a great location and a nice place to come rest after fun days. It’s a historic cottage completely remodeled in the inside.
Very nice cute place. Everything was great except we struggled with the shower water temperature which was a bummer after several nights of camping. Otherwise appreciated the nice little bonuses. Thanks!

Thank you for your stay and your feedback. I do wish you had reached out about the shower issue while you were here — we live on the property and could have resolved it immediately. It’s disappointing to hear that you chose to struggle with it and only mention it after checking out, especially when it was such a simple fix. We’re always happy to help our guests during their stay, but we can’t address concerns we’re not made aware of. We hope you had a wonderful rest of your trip!
We absolutely loved this stay, the hosts, the location and the view. We are thrilled to have found this gem! Our kid loved the horses that would frequent the area in front of the porch. There isn’t anything we would change. Thanks!
My family and I stayed in this cottage for a family reunion. It was an amazing location and a beautiful area. There were deer in the morning and in the evening on the property we would watch. The inside is very clean. We had to make dinner for over 30 people and it was easy to do that in this cabin. Lots of windows and a clean property all together. Thank you for a great stay!!
Super clean, cute and cozy! The kitchen had everything you could need and very well done. Discovered no air conditioning during a heat wave but Rita and Alex are great hosts and helped us out making our stay very comfortable. The views from bed in the morning made a little warmth worth it. The drive in and out is beautiful and worth a little extra drive time to town, which is not very long. Well done and would definitely stay again.
This little cabin has a lot of interesting history. Sitting in the solarium off of the back was a highlight for us. Everything was simple, straightforward, and clean. Once we got our bearings, visits to town were trouble-free. Rita honored our anniversary with a kind message and a bottle of wine - She is gracious.
The hosts were amazingly attentive. The property was beautiful, the cabin was cozy, and the farm setting was unexpectedly beautiful. It's located very much in Kalispell proper area. The natural beauty and the curious horses that came and visited us at sunset near the fence line was totally unexpected and magical. We were able to enjoy our soccer tournament and feel like we had a vacation at the same time. The property and cabin are almost as charming and lovely as the hosts. We had an unexpected heat wave in May and they were so quick to make sure we had AC going. it was comfortable and beautiful and enjoyed by our whole family of four. We will stay again if we are ever in the area.
We had such a great stay! My wife and I stayed here for a getaway weekend hiking the nearby trails and exploring the downtown Whitefish and Kalispell area. We highly recommend visiting Lake McDonald if you come during off season like us, and are unable to visit Glacier. The mountain views are absolutely spectacular. The house had everything we could possibly need, with a comfortable bed, a well-stocked kitchen area, and a cozy firepit to sit by in the evening. The cabin was far enough away that it felt very private, and we loved that the firepit area looked out towards the woods as it added to the feeling of complete isolation. The contactless check in was very convinient as we arrived late in the evening. We will be visiting again!
