Full House. Parking in the driveway and street. Our house has a garage, but guests do not have access to the garage.

Located in the Wilson Park district and close to everything Fayetteville has to offer. Just blocks from downtown and Dickson St.

- Smoking - No smoking allowed.
- Pets - Small/Medium size pets (under 40 lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.
- Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.
- Extra Guests - This listing is for 8 guests. Two extra guests up to 10 people total are welcome for $25 per night per person for the extra guests. (Please note the bedding arrangements.) The walking proximity to the University of Arkansas is fantastic and convenient. The house is clean, but old. Our check-in process was lengthy as the code didn’t work. We had to call the owner twice to get a code that worked. Once inside, the house was 54 degrees and had a musty smell, as it must not have been rented in some time. Once we got the heat on, things improved. For the price, it was fine. I will say there is a lot of traffic noise through the night coming from nearby college street, but not a huge deal.
The location was perfect in terms of campus and downtown. It was quiet and serene. The accommodations were comfy and well thought out. It was well appointed with everything you might need. The beds were super comfy and it was nicely decorated. Communication was great. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.
Great location and super comfy beds! Host was easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. My only complaint (and it’s not even complaint… more, a slight inconvenience) was the extremely low water pressure in the primary bathroom. If you’re staying here and need to wash your hair, I suggest you opt for the hall shower so you can actually get the shampoo rinsed out. Again, it wasn’t a big deal for me to just use the other shower and the overall experience more than made up for it.
