Summary:
Our home has lots of room and a quiet relaxing atmosphere. Located in a cul-de-sac a few miles from Dickson St and University of Arkansas. Master bedroom has a King sized bed with a adjustable mattress. Big back yard with a deck, walking trails and pet park nearby. Fully stocked kitchen. Walking distance to many great local restaurants and 2 grocery stores. Granite counter tops and showers with tubs.

The Space:
Luxurious beds with plenty of space to spread out with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 smart TV’s. WiFi access. Big back yard with deck and gas grill.

Plenty of towels, extra blankets and everything you need to enjoy your stay. We know you will enjoy the space.

Walking distance to many great local restaurants. Within a mile of 2 grocery stores. Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $100 fee per pet. (2 pets max). We may require a refundable pet deposit. There is a park close to the house and trails that lead to a pet park.

Master Bedroom: King sized bed, private bathroom, large closet, 65" Smart TV.

Guest Bedrooms: Queen bed with firm spring mattresses, closet, and reading lamps.

Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area.

Guest Access:
Full House. Parking in the driveway and street. Our house has a garage, but guests do not have access to the garage.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the heart of West Fayetteville. Easy access to interstate, downtown and University of Arkansas.

Getting Around:
There is plenty of parking in the driveway.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking

- PETS - Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $100 fee per pet. (2 pets max). We may require a refundable pet deposit.

- No events, parties, or large gatherings.

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces

- Garage is not available to guests.

- If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.
