Just 6 properties from the sea and waves of pristine Melbourne Beach and two blocks to the Indian River and Town Pier. Across the street from a gourmet food market, restaurants, beach bar, and shops. PET FRIENDLY for well-behaved, clean pets. This 1st floor unit is in our duplex building.

Beautiful custom kitchens with granite or teak wood countertops, bathrooms with walk-in showers and unique tile finishes, comfortable furnishings and tasteful art round out the space. All you really need

This place is away from the busy parts of the area but located perfectly for walking to all the good stuff. The beach, surf shops, cafes, and markets are all just one or two blocks from this great home. Ken has made sure all you need is available to you from great appliances to beach essentials like umbrellas and boogie boards. We really couldn’t have made a better choice. We’ve already begun planning our return stay.

I stayed here before I decided to buy this property and fell in love with the location. You can park your car and never need it. You can walk to everything from the beach, various restaurants, the river and pier, playground with basketball, bocce and tennis courts, the library, and many more things to do downtown
