We are small dog friendly - I live on the second floor with my little Nikki - YOU WILL LOVE YOUR OWN SCREENED PORCH AND GAS GRILL IS RIGHT OFF THE PORCH - THIS SWEET NEIGHBORHOOD IS GREAT FOR WALKING - BIKING - SHORT HOP TO DOWNTOWN - MUSIC IS AROUND YOU SOMEWHERE MOST DAYS OF THE WEEK AND DONT MISS OUR FESTIVALS-PORCH FEST - SEAFOOD FEST-OYSTER FEST-CHILLI COOKOFF the Marci Gras Dog parade AND MORE
COME EXPLORE YOU WONT WANT TO LEAVE

Cool nights and mornings and warm sunny days are the winter norm. Walk bike or golf cart around. You want to leave - The first time I Crossed the bridge I said to Nikki, I think we found a new home!! Come enjoy the slower life style. We have a whole house water filtration system. One level living and I have a Chef ready kitchen fully equipped you don’t need to bring a thing. All the guests comment how they love all the special touch’s and goodies that are included, Nespresso coffee maker too

Heidi's place is absolutelly fantastic. Everything is new and upgraded from places we've stayed in before with her extra care and attention to detail. The owners live upstairs and ready in a moment to help with restaurant suggestions or any need you may have. The home was even equipped with a dog bed and toys which our Molly loved and it's 3 blocks from a neighborhood dog park! Saying that, nothing smells like "dog." While walking distance (within a mile) from downtown, my husband and furry companion were able to use Heidi's golf cart to explore the town. This home may not have the water view but it has everything you could possible need in a quiet part of town. I walked the dog at night around 11PM and felt completely safe. We were even provided with some welcome groceries! We stayed for 6 nights and loved it and will return if I attend the conference in the future.

Cozy clean relaxing little getaway!

Everything updated and very clean and cozy. Had everything we needed and more. Located in great area, easy to ride our bikes to town, and just to ride for sightseeing. Also so close to beautiful beach, and great food. Loved Heidi’s Beehive, will stay again!

Apalachicola Delight

Superbly well equipped and extremely spacious - we really enjoyed our stay here. Every conceivable convenience was available and all super clean and tidy. The host Heidi was also most helpful with extras like beach chairs and where to find live music in town. We would highly recommend this gem- which is only 20 mins walk into the centre of town.

Beautiful inside and out and well stocked!!

Such a beautiful property! Heidi does a fantastic job taking care of the grounds and ensuring you have what you need throughout your stay. The house was extremely well stocked. It had everything your own home has and more. Heidi had all the amenities we needed for the beach. Towels, chairs, beach bag, ice blocks for cooler, etc… Never had to readjust temp. House was nice and cool and it was blazing hot outside. It was nice sitting outside in screened porch when sun went down. Very relaxing. Location is great. Very quiet area and only a two minute drive to nearest grocery store. Thank you so much Heidi for sharing your home with us. We told several friends about your place. Hope they contact you about staying there.
