With room for a crowd and just steps from the beach, this coastal retreat is an ideal place to unwind with the people you love. Make memories to last a lifetime at your own private sanctuary right on the beach!



Blue Sky is a gorgeous three-story home with six bedrooms and six and a half baths accommodating up to twenty. Beautifully furnished and fully appointed, the home welcomes you into spacious interiors to experience the ultimate in coastal living. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows showcase outstanding Gulf-front views and beautiful furnishings create inviting spaces for relaxation throughout the home. A sizeable kitchen features an induction cooktop, upgraded appliances, a wet bar, and plenty of cabinetry, perfect if you need additional room to store ingredients and staples. Spa-like bathrooms and generous bedrooms are welcome luxuries after days spent out exploring the beautiful coastline. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and features an en suite bathroom, and the kids will love the bunk room, complete with an Xbox 360. Seven televisions and three Blu-Ray DVD players ensure everyone gets to watch their favorite show. Two separate laundry areas, each containing a washer and dryer, are additional conveniences to enjoy during your stay. Take your pick from child-safe decks on each floor for an evening cocktail while taking in some of the most stunning sunsets on the Coast!



Take the private boardwalk down to the beach and pass the days soaking up the sun. Cool off in the emerald waters, then help the kids find shells to take back home. A ping pong table will provide hours of entertainment for the whole family, and you’ll find lots of fun activities nearby when you’re ready for a break from the beach. Bikes are not avaliable for guest use however there are several locations on the beach that rent bikes, scooters, golf carts etc. Treat the kids to ice cream at The Twist or a snow cone at Tommy’s Sno Balls, then onto the Gulf Breeze zoo or the Navarre Beach fishing pier. The fun never ends in Navarre Beach!



No Boats, No Trailers, or RV parking on the property. Boats, trailers, and RVs will be required to relocate to a public parking lot.



Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

This host has fantastic communication pre, during, & post stay. The house and overall property is amazing! Comfortable and feels very "Home" like. Plenty of dishes and utensils available for quick a large meal for your large group. I was super impressed and will book this property again!

Great place

We loved the house. We have rented many home in Navarre and the were all wonderful homes but This one made all the check points. Spacious for our family and very comfortable. From age 4 months to 72. Our only thing was neede was a better set up to rinse off the sand coming from the beach. But that was minor

Quick Weekend Trip

We stayed Nov 6 to Nov 9 for a quick weekend to attend a wedding on Navarre Beach. This house was more than what we expected! The check in process was super easy and even had access a little early, thank you Scenic Stays! Ample amenities when it came to kitchen supplies, laundry, beach play! I would highly recommend Blue Sky to anyone traveling with a large group as the bedrooms all have their own bathrooms which was a must for us. We will be staying again!

Spectacular!

Best beach house rented so far! And the view! Loved it all. The little starter kits in the kitchen and bathrooms were very appreciated. Elevator would’ve been nice to carry luggage up/down….but still a 5 star rating.

The home was great. The set up of bedrooms bathrooms kitchen and gathering area was perfect for our family. Location on the beach was right on target. The host was easy most auto generated communications by text r e mails. Everything was in working order except the upstairs washer was not. Didn’t know till too late night before leaving.

Blue Sky is Wonderful

We had a great time the week we rented! The house had everything you could ask for, except access to the elevator which we knew going in. The Wi-Fi was not that reliable, but you are on an island. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The extra fridge downstairs was a nice touch for drinks. The beds slept wonderful, and views were great.

Wonderful Beach Home

This is our 3rd time staying at Blue Ski and just as in previous stays it did not disappoint. A big plus this year was the walking bridge over the dunes to the beach. This home is amazing and perfect for our family beach vacation. We hope to book again next summer.

Beautiful amazing location. Love the house spacious. Could upgrade towels and linens. Also we had issues getting bags upstairs wish could have used elevator for luggage , not sure what that is about.

Easy access. Large gathering area. Second year to stay in this property. Cleaner than last year. Repairs and maintenance in progress - not a problem at all The sinks in the main level master bath do not drain well and I could not lock the deck doors (raise handle, turn lock - can't turn lock). Family loves the set up.

Loved our Stay at Blue Sky!

We had 6 couples stay in this home for a week. Each couple had their own bedroom / bathroom and there was a 1/2 bath on main living floor. House was well accommodated with everything we needed. The views from the balconies were amazing. The only thing I wish was different was possible use of the elevator to get our luggage to / from our vehicles. There are a lot of stairs that you must climb. It was a little difficult for some of our family.

Large Beachfront retreat

Great place for our family Christmas. Bedrooms were spacious and all had bathrooms on suite. The 3rd floor bedrooms had fantastic views of the beach & gulf. Very large common kitchen/living room perfect for our group of 12 (could accommodate 20 very well). 4th floor bunk room had the best view, including identifying gulf water wildlife - dolphins, rays, unidentified fish. Weather wasn’t perfect, but most of us did take the plunge in the gulf.

Large Beachfront retreat

Great place for our adult family Christmas celebration. Great views from large common kitchen/living room. Perfect for our group of 12 and could easily accommodate 20. 3rd floor bedrooms fronting the gulf had even better views. 4th floor bunk room had best views and we were able to see gulf water wildlife - dolphins, rays, other unidentified fish. Even though weather was dicey, most of us took the plunge in the gulf. One issue with internet that disabled WiFi & TV’s for a couple of days. Judy worked with the owners to get the cable fixed. Tough work over the Christmas holidays - thanks, Judy.

Repairs needed

The bar stool is broken needs to be fixed was like that when we arrived. The door on the box banged all night ask to come fix and I think they came but was open banging again every night. Remote had no back and was not working well. Towel bar is broken in a bathroom up stairs. Needs a good ice maker and the elevator needs to be for taking luggage and groceries up

Third time staying here..

This was my families third time staying at this house. We’ve loved it so much in previous years, but this time we were let down. Upon our arrival the house had zero toilet paper. We let management know and they told us no one would be able to bring any until our second day. The floors in every room were still covered in sand from the previous guests. There was still trash on the nightstand in one room. TV’s unplugged and not working. Some furniture seemed to be broken, drain covers were missing in the top floor bedroom. Two water bugs were found in the primary bedroom and the wet bar area. Most of the outdoor accessories in the garage were broken. All in all we still enjoy the house and its location. Though it doesn’t feel like the raise in prices through the years matches the quality of the house any longer.

Beautiful Home

This is our second year to stay at Blue Sky. The home is beautiful and has a perfect setup for large families. The location and privacy of the beach is wonderful and this year we had a private boardwalk to the beach, which wasn't there last year. Made getting to the beach so much easier. There are a few things that could have been better. The pillows on each bed are awful. They are flat and very uncomfortable. If driving, you might want to pack your own. The grill was not usable either year we've been. It is very dirty and we couldn't light it. Lastly, the ice maker in the fridge still doesn't make much ice. Very little. Same as last year. That has not been addressed. Overall, it is a great place to stay and for the most part, very comfortable. There is plenty of hot water for showers after a day at the beach and having two sets of washers and dryers was so helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect location

Blue Skies beach house is wonderful for a large multi generation family. Easy access to the beach, elevator if needed, play area out back, large area for gathering and plenty of bedrooms for relaxing. Navarre Beach is away from the crowds but easy access to conveniences and needs. However, it is time for a deep clean and some general maintenance. Upon arrival a load of dirty towels was in the washer (we turned the washer on and washed them). This makes me question if the linen is being removed between guest. The dryer vent on the main floor laundry room was not hooked up to the vent. Cleanliness was average - areas behind sinks had obviously not been cleaned, floors were clean in traffic area only, details just were not taken care of. Many bathroom drains, especially the tub drains are sluggish leaving the bather standing in a pool of water. Several kitchen drawers need attention and are off the rails. All propane tanks were empty and the kayaks were not on the premises (we did not bring our own kayaks bc we were supposed to have access to two). The garage area also needed a good cleaning and straightening up. A conscious decision was made not to contact guest services. Most issues we handled and went right on with our holiday. I have talked with guest services after our stay. All contact with guest services has been very pleasant. Each agent was helpful, polite and attentive. This is a great rental and our hope is these issues can and will be resolved.

No guest service - only 1500 chracters allowed in response.

Luxury? No guest service. Upon arrival, told that the inspector hadn't signd off, if we waived the inspection, any issues would not be resolved for several days. We stated that we would not waive the inspection. Inspector no show. Scenic tells us that the inspector waived the inspection. We were assured that this would not impact our service. We entered the house and saw that the carafe to the coffee pot was missing. Texted Scenic and were told that a coffee pot would be delivered that evening. No coffee pot arrived for 2 days after repeated texting. We made coffee dripping into a saucepan Their response was that there is a keurig in the house. Implying that the guest go to the store and buy K pods so Scenic doesnt have to deliver a coffee pot. Note Keurig only worked if you stood there and held the top down. 2 or 3 pots of coffee are typically made in a day when we all get together. Only 1 towel provided per guest. Constant laundry or never a dry towel. Not very luxurious. Ceiling dripped onto master bedroom bed. No response from Scenic. TV didnt work. No dust pan. Bingo Scenic says coming in 45 minutes ( 30 hours after text) Dust pan and Swiffer arrive no TV technician. Scenic wants to keep guests happy cleaning. After 2 days, man says he was sent to look at tv. No luck, says he does drywall not tv's Photo of game area false - no kayaks, 1 ping pong table ( w/o paddles) broken chairs and boards. Lucky we brought boards, chairs and shade. ...
