Escape to the Coast and discover all that this Navarre Beach, FL vacation home has to offer. Seaside Cottage offers three bedrooms and three full bathrooms allowing enough space for 8 of your closest family members or friends to unpack and unwind!

Your favorite characteristic about this home is sure to be the gorgeous views of the beach. Being a beachfront vacation home means almost every room in the rental boasts incredible views. The living room is where you will find access to your private patio that runs the entire length of the house, perfect for entertaining. The living room also features a Smart TV which allows you to choose from a variety of shows and movies for family movie night. The kitchen even comes stocked with all the equipment necessary to prepare beach snacks, a home-cooked meal, or maybe even a decadent dessert. The kitchen and living room are located on the first floor. Discover the second bedroom and third bedroom on the first level. Then, travel up to the second floor to find the spacious primary bedroom. There is also a washer and dryer available allowing you to stay on top of laundry such as beach towels.

Seaside Cottage is the perfect rental for families looking to reconnect and get out of the house. Spend your days soaking up the Florida sunshine and listening to the waves crash against the shore. The outdoor shower will come in handy so you can rinse the sand off before heading inside for the day. Utilize the private gas grill on the night you hope to stay in. Prepare delicious hamburgers and hotdogs for your group.

We knew the house was going to be great, but it was even better than expected! The living spaces were cozy, yet open. Decor was chic. All of the furniture was incredibly comfortable. The outdoor spaces though - incredible! Multiple dining areas, a fire pit, balcony - the layout was so well planned. The beach was quiet, too, as we were located just a short distance down from Santa Rosa. Hosts were great, communication was easy. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

We absolutely enjoyed staying directly on the beach. The house was clean and the service was quick to respond to our minor issues. Everyone was super friendly as well. I'd stay here again if we choose to stay in navarre.

The house is beautiful and the view of the gulf is amazing! We loved seeing the sunrise from the beach each morning and watching the dolphins every day. The beds were very comfortable and the house provided all that we needed for preparing meals. We loved using all three deck areas.We were two days into our stay when we started seeing bugs in the kitchen area, and we saw them every day after that. We reached out to SVR and were told the property is sprayed monthly so there was nothing more they could do. This was the only complaint we had and the response time from Southern Vacation Rentals was very quick which we appreciated.

Perfect location!

I wanted to stay by the Gulf Island National Seashore so my wife and I could have time together, walking and collecting seashells, away from the crowds. This house and location did not let us down! Our last night we grilled on the supplied grill. If we had another couple with us, we would have loved to have been at the fire pit.

Bright & Clean Oceanfront Home

Best vacation home we have ever enjoyed. Big, bright, and clean bedrooms and common areas. Great views from everywhere. Multiple deck levels and outside areas to allow for separation while still being together. Fantastic beach area with private boardwalk.

Another Great Stay

Enjoyed another wonderful Thanksgiving in this home and had another week of amazing memories. The porches, views from the rooms and private boardwalk give you the feeling of having your own private paradise. Always love enjoying an evening fire at the fire pit, listening to the crackle of the flames and the gentle tides of the gulf. Can’t wait to come back to this treasure by the sea!

Ocean front property

Easy to book and check in. Didn’t get check in info til last minute. House is very spacious and beautiful. The property is very quiet. Felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Town of Navarre is extremely quiet in the winter which is exactly what we were looking for! Would def stay again.

Great Experience

Our family of 6 adults and 2 children loved the layout and location of this beach house! The quick walk down to the beach was exactly what we wanted. There were also many great restaurants in the area that we loved like Andy D's, Dewey Destin's, and Daves Oyster House. Also just over the bridge was The Twist Ice Cream Shop that we visited almost every night after dinner. We also visited the Gulf Breeze Zoo which was only 20 minutes away and our grandkids loved it. We would definitely consider renting this house again. The deck area was amazing!

Fantastic home steps from Gulf of Mexico.

Well maintained and right on beach. Remote for Ceiling fan in great room was missing and that prevented the house from staying as cool in downstairs. Property manager was called re: 3 issues and responded quickly to all 3. We would consider this property again for visits to Navarre Beach.

Great family vacay!

This house was perfect for our family vacation! Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Ages ranged from 18 months to 73 years old. My wife and son enjoyed having Nana and Grandpa with us for the week. Layout of the house fit our needs very well. Spacious open concept living room/kitchen/dining room with gorgeous ocean view throughout. Two bedrooms and bathrooms on the main level with master bedroom and en-suite bath upstairs. Nice large deck with excellent furniture to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. Great stay and we hope to be back someday!

Great place to take the family!

The property location was great, right on the beach, and well kept. The cover on the white couch was really dirty and gross, but the house was super clean other than that and well decorated. This is a good property to plan to buy groceries and stay between the house and beach most of your stay. The location is somewhat secluded from the hustle and bustle of nearby Pensacola and Destin, so if getting out and going to dinner multiple times and finding shopping, etc are things you’re looking to do, this may not be the best spot. It IS a GREAT spot for just relaxing on the beach. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and not overcrowded like some of the nearby beaches which is wonderful! Also, the owners were attentive and quick To respond when the upstairs fridge leaked some water when we got there. They sent someone to fix it the very next morning. I would definitely recommend this property to others 😊

This house location is perfect. Loved how quiet and beautiful the beach was. Sadly I can’t give stars for our 4 night stay because the A/C never worked for us the entire stay. The temp was 77-79 everyday of our stay. We arrived on Sunday at 3:30 PM, and by 6:30 PM that evening we discovered the house was unbearably hot. We immediately contacted Sounthern Vacation Rental (SVR.) On Monday morning, a service technician came to repair a loose door knob and informed us that the AC units were not functioning and that we should have been told this before our arrival. Later that afternoon, HVAC attempted to add coolant and confirmed the units were already scheduled for replacement.Unfortunately, Monday night was the only comfortable night of sleep we had during the entire stay. For the remainder of the week, the house was uncomfortably hot, and we had to contact SVR every single day. I sent pictures of the thermostat each time. On Wednesday evening after 5 PM, we were offered to move to another unit, but with that being our last night and checkout at 9 AM Thursday, this was not a reasonable solution. We should have been offered that on Monday.
