Entire spacious waterfront home, large bulkhead, walk to the beach!
Sweet, family friendly, spacious, well lit, clean, well maintained centrally located home in Lavallette NJ. Lagoon front so you can enjoy plenty of water sports, view the beautiful sunrise/sunsets from the deck, crab/fish from the dock or just enjoy relaxing in the yard equipped with a bar and massive outdoor table. Grill, outdoor sink, kayak and paddle board available for use ( at your own risk). Plenty of seating/lounge areas. Just a two block walk to the beach, one block from the park/bay and a short walk to downtown Lavallette. It’s the perfect location! Short drive to seaside or point pleasant boardwalk. Fantastic place to make beautiful long lasting family memories.
