Heaven on earth! First floor, 2 bedroom, beach front condo in a quiet, controlled access building on beautiful Marco Island. This condo, in the aptly named Sunset House, provides privacy while you enjoy direct beach access and a huge, heated pool. Beautiful decor and landscaping, covered, assigned parking.

2 bedrooms, 1 with ensuite bath. 2 baths total. Well equipped kitchen. Liviing room, dining room, coin laundry around hall corner.
The best part of this condo is the walk out your door to beach access and pool. The heated pool is fabulous, as is assigned, covered parking. Die to HOA rules there is a 30 night minimum as well as application process with the HOA before we can approve your booking..
