Comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. There is a short walk to a small public ocean beach and a short drive to Chatham attractions. The home has two bedrooms and a garage that now has two twin beds for a third sleeping space.

Beautiful short week

The house is spacious and well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The walk to the beach is 15 minutes at a slow pace. Cape Cod is a delight. A few standing fans would be extremely useful, when it is not hot enough to warrant the AC, but still hot to want a little breeze.

Chatham stay

House very nice, quaint decor. Very quiet neighborhood, although the house was in a direct path of airport. Airplanes flying over house during the day, but since we were out for most of our stay, it wasn’t very disturbing. When we were at the house, it was cool to see them fly over. Beach was amazing and very short drive. Short drive to the center of town as well. Host was good in terms of answering any questions fairly quickly. Would absolutely considering renting again.

Nice Spot for Adults

Great place to stay for a group of adults. The property seems to have a lot of antique style furniture which would not be suitable for a group with children. AC is window units in the bedrooms and living room- if you need more coverage throughout the home I would recommend you bring fans. Close to the beaches and downtown. Several bike trails in the area. Would recommend bringing an extension cord or long chargers because there were almost no available outlets in the bedroom for charging cell phones. Overall was clean, kitchen was stocked with all the necessities and it met all of our groups needs.

We have since added new furniture to the living room (as the bedrooms sets were purchased this year) and additional outlets for device charging. We hope to have central AC installed soon. Exclusive and upscale town of Chatham Massachusetts vacation home, a real gem of a home. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to SO much, bike/walking trail just down the road. Quaint Chatham airport a short walk, stop by and have a delicious brunch and watch the planes come in and out - or take an air tour. Walk to the beach any time of day and to enjoy the ocean. This is where you come to feel like you really got away. . . and life is good!
