Family friendly, pet friendly, with Diving Pool, FireTable & lots of comforts throughout. Great location with Highway access less than 2-miles away, it's close to everything in the east Phoenix valley! Whether you’re here for Spring Training, to catch an event in Scottsdale, to escape the snow or to visit family, you’ve got everything you need here to relax and make yourself at home. Hospitality is at the heart of our home and cleanliness is our top priority.

Sit back, relax and enjoy your stay at this single-story 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom 1800+ sq ft. house in northwest Mesa. Gather together with your favorite people in either of the 2 living areas. Leather couches and ample seating for all in the main living room with large TV where you can enjoy a Netflix movie together. Open-concept spaces where the living room joins the dining area and flows into the kitchen so everyone can be part of the gathering. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals including a double oven. Small appliances provided include toaster, blender, slow cooker, waffle iron, and more.
A word about coffee… “Coffee is the lifeblood that fuels the dreams of champions!” A selection of coffee and teas is provided for our guests because we believe it’s essential!
The large master suite is the perfect sanctuary to retreat into when it's time to relax. King bed, blackout curtains, large personal TV and private en suite bathroom are all part of the package. The master bathroom has dual sinks, fully tiled walk-in shower, separate water closet and large walk-in closet. Amenities provided include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, TP, fluffy towels, cotton balls, Q-Tips, makeup towels, and more, ensuring our guests have everything they need to feel right at home.
Down the hall is the second bedroom complete with a huge antique Queen bed. Across the hall is the dedicated office which can double as a bedroom with a full-size fold out futon (it’s actually quite comfortable!.) At the end of the hall is the last bedroom with a Queen bed along with a crib for families with little ones.
Guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo for maximum flexibility and all of the same amenities as the master bathroom.

Come out back and have some fun playing in the pool (or relaxing poolside is good too!) This is a diving pool complete with diving board at the deep end (9-feet deep,) or sit on the steps at the shallow end and enjoy the therapeutic jets to melt the stress away! The pool is cooled during the extreme hot summer months. The pool does not have a heated option during the winter. Color-changing flood lights can light up the entire pool for a fun experience for night swimming!
Enjoy listening to your favorite playlist with Bluetooth speakers out by the pool.

Lots of outdoor living spaces include outdoor dining table, pool-side lounge chairs, new large propane grill, and a variety of citrus trees. Guests are welcome to help themselves to any of the fruit.

Guests have full use of the laundry machines and the 2-car garage during their stay.

The Fine Print:
Check-in & check-out is contactless by door code provided prior to check-in. Guest Handbook provided at the house to ensure guests have all pertinent info.

No Check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.

Maximum of 2 well-behaved pets per stay. $100 pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. All pets must be potty trained, stay off furniture, be older than 1-year old, and no aggressive breeds. Owner agrees to clean up all signs of the pets before check out.

No unauthorized early check-ins.
No bag drops prior to check in.
Unauthorized late check outs will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour.
Guests cannot receive mail / packages here through the US postal service.

Video disclosure: There is video surveillance on the property for the security of our guests. This is by no way an intrusion on our guests, but rather an extra level of protection and security to protect our guests. The camera is located outside the front door, which looks out over public places.
