No expense was spared when this house was extensively renovated both inside and out in 2012 - no detail was overlooked. Welcome to our resort-home away from home!

The Gourmet Kitchen is large with nearly every amenity. The island has a 5-burner gas range and sink and is set up for seating on the one edge of the island. The surrounding counters provide additional working areas along with the convection oven, special Advantium/microwave oven, and huge refrigerator with purified water and ice in the door. There is an additional refrigerator in the utility area that has additional ice as well.

Immediately off the Kitchen is custom, banquette seating for a large group.

Also in this same Great Room as the Kitchen is the HUGE leather sectional big enough for the whole gang and a entertainment center with a 65” flat screen TV with surround sound, Blu-ray, and DirectTV.

Next to the Great Room is a room that has a beautiful billiard table and a formal dining table. It all flows seamlessly together. Even though it is a big space with wonderful high ceilings it is still warm and not cavernous.

Master bedroom #1 has a King bed with a large lounging chair for two and an en suite with a walk in shower with controls for two separate showers simultaneously. There is a jetted tub, a bidet, and a double sink.

Master Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed along with a set of trundle beds and an ensuite.

Bedroom #3 has a Two Twin beds.
Bedroom #4 has a Queen bed.
Bedroom #5 has a Queen bed.

There is a luxury bathroom near bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 that has a double vanity, tub, and a walk-in shower

Nearly every room has dimmable lighting to set the mood for any occasion. With multiple skylights throughout house there is abundant natural lighting.

The outdoor space is certainly not overlooked in any way. There is a large covered patio with table seating in one area and another area has vignette with a couch and cushioned chairs. Ample deck allows for gathering or dining in and out of the sun/stars. A portable fire pit and chairs can be enjoyed on cool evenings. The fenced, heated pool is large enough to play or exercise. The outdoor kitchen has a large gas infrared grill, sink with hot/cold water, and an integrated beverage well to ice down some favorite refreshments. The sound system will add atmosphere to any occasion. And a high-end mist system can take the edge off on a warm, dry day. There also is a nice sized lawn area for play and contrast to the deck. Finally, since the inside has spectacular lighting, we have carried that to the outside as well to facilitate enjoyment both day and night!!

Parking is not an issue with garage space for two vehicles and driveway space for six more.

Plenty of shopping and restaurants are one to three miles nearby in Mesa Riverview or Tempe Marketplace.
