Great Sand Hill Townhouse just added to our property list… This is a great property for the whole family to enjoy.
There is a separate entrance through garage to BD3) that can also be a family room as well. It has a twin over-the-queen bed, a drip coffee maker, a foosball table, a built-in coffee bar, a drip coffee maker, a microwave, and a small dorm-size fridge under the cabinet. There is also a TV w / WIFI. There is also BA3) a full bath complete with a walk-in shower.
Then up the stairs to the open living/dining area. The living area has a very cozy sofa, 2 oversized comfy side chairs, end tables, lamps, a coffee table, TV w/ Spectrum cable, and WIFI. There's a nice little coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker between the living & dining rooms. The sizable dining table seats 6-7 with 4 chairs and a bench on one side.
The well-supplied kitchen has all-black appliances, a drip coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare your meals. There is a door that leads to a back deck. The deck has a table w/ 3 chairs and 2 tall chairs for sitting out and enjoying the sunrise and watching the island come alive to a new day.
Back inside there is a half bath off the living area. The front door of the living room opens up to the front deck, sit out here in the evenings and watch the sunset, there are several chairs on the deck.
Back inside, once you come straight inside to the left go upstairs. To the left is a full bath with a walk-in shower. Come out and to the right of that is the laundry closet, complete with a full-size washer & dryer for your use.
At the other end of the hall is the master bedroom, with a king-size bed, nightstands, lamps, TV w/ Spectrum cable, and WIFI. The ensuite master bath has a tub/shower combo and a single sink. There is also private patio access from this room, enjoy sitting out sunning on this 3rd-floor deck with 2 lounge chairs and 2 side chairs.
There's parking for 3 cars and a golf cart at this property.
