The first floor features a bright, open-concept living area, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms and full bathrooms are on the second floor for privacy and comfort. Amenities include central heating and air conditioning with a Nest thermostat, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and off-street parking. Nearby attractions make it easy to explore the best of San Antonio. The entire home is yours, no shared spaces. Check-in codes will be provided the day before arrival for a seamless experience. Important Info: -Review house rules before booking, -Include the correct number of guests (children count too), -1 exterior security camera and a smart doorbell are active 24/7, -Early check-in/late check-out available for $20/hr if arranged in advance, -Best way to contact us is via the app.
