This bright and comfortable living space has all of the at-home comforts including fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Smart TVs, full size washing machine & dryer, and lovely, large tiled balcony with seating and a gas grill. Updated bathrooms. Walk in closets.
On the grounds, there are three swimming pools (that are heated in the winter), three hot tubs, a fitness room, and a community barbecue area.
This condo is only one mile east of downtown Palm Springs, allowing you to easily reach the wonderful restaurants, shops, art galleries, and nightlife all along Palm Canyon and Indian Canyon Drive on foot, bike, or by car.
You'll be within walking distance of the Palm Springs Convention Center and the Agua Caliente Spa and Casino, and a quick drive from dozens of world-class golf courses in the area. If you're looking for an unforgettable desert view, be sure to visit Indian Canyons (five miles south) and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (seven miles west).
Dogs are welcome on a case by case basis, for an additional pet fee and cleaning fee.
